"Great Lake front home with plenty of room. Stayed here during the Oakley Big Bass tournament and appreciated the convenience of the dock. Mrs Anderson was really friendly and helpful in all ways possible. Thank you for a great time"

"For the last two vacations Paw Paw and I have taken the grands on the vacations of their choosing. This year we decided to spend a little quiet time to ourselves and a little closer to home. This location was PERFECT! We fished everyday- starting at daybreak, resting through the heat of the day then back at it around sunset. We got some beautiful sunset photos from the dock during our stay and the fishing was wonderful.
We stood on the deck each evening and watched deer as they visited us and the adjoining properties. There were even a couple of small fawns with the group of ten or so deer who seemed to have very little fear as they watched us watching them between their frolicking and snacking.
The cabin was very well maintained and true to its description. Everything we needed as far as kitchen items was available. It was even stocked with plenty of laundry, bathroom and kitchen sundries (although we brought our own).
Even though the owners were out of town, they provided us with a contact person who was very nice and helpful in answering our questions. He even found us some life vests to use in the canoe or paddle boat if we chose to go out.
One evening we road through town and visited the spillway, surrounding area and Lone Star. We didn't eat out at all because we had brought along more than enough food for the stay. Between this and our trips to obtain live fishing bait, our activities were limited to the dock on the lake and the football games! Very restful and calming indeed.
We have told all our family and co-workers about this rental unit and have given them the website address. Thanks Phil for the wonderful home away from home and an atmosphere that definitely what we were looking for. Hopefully we will get to spend another "backyard" vacation in your rental and bring the grands along."

"For my son's wedding we needed a large house that would comfortable hold our large family. It was perfect !! When we arrived we were surprised how beautiful the house was updated and decorated and how much space there was. Everyone had plenty of "personal " space plus the main kitchen and living room was large enough to hold all of us when we were together (which was most of the time). We also had lots of visitors and we still had plenty of room. Parking was amazing, holding the eight cars we had there at times. We took many strolls through the neighborhood and found it to be very quiet and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this property! It was everything I wanted and then some.
I must add that Priyanka was wonderful to work with. When ever we needed anything someone was there in a timely matter. She always got right back with me throughout the whole renting process from beginning to end. I was so happy with her that I asked if she had any other properties in different locations so I could rent from her again. I can trust her to be honest and helpful with our needs."

"Well, at first sight it wasn't quite what we expected from the pictures which made me a little sick. But once you walk inside and give it a chance to settle in on you, its a great place for a family get together. Plenty of room, nice and clean. The lake access isnt bad if you have a boat but dont expect somewhere to swim. Its also very close to the highway which also isnt mentioned - to the point you can see/hear the cars go by through the trees. The neighborhood isnt the nicest either. Its still a nice place, just maybe a little overpriced when you consider the entire package. The neighbors have no problem driving through the yard or parking their boats in your way so you have to get your feet wet leaving your boat to go up to the house - which isnt the renter's fault, but still it happens."
