  • We had a blast....

"We loved it here. Super affordable and still very nice accommodations...and the ONLY reason I don't give it 5 stars is cuz there was a power outage (not their fault) in the middle of the night.....but once power came back on. ...we still had no water for a few hours.....simple fix with resetting the well.....but overall we loved every minute we were there. Owner was super nice and patient with us....and so was Lena. Great ppl!....we will definitely be going there again.....and hopefully soon! So really, I do give it 5 stars... :)"

  • Great Family Place to Stay on the Lake

"This was our 2nd visit to the lake house. Just like last time we really enjoyed ourselves. It was so peaceful & relaxing. This is a vacation home that the owner's are willing to share with others who love the lake too. It is a nice place with a homey, comfortable feel & Letty is so sweet & helpful when we book it. We were really impressed with the upgrades in the master bedroom & bath. Not all places on the lake have the accessible swimming area that this home does which makes it great for the family to swim right there. We also appreciate the fact that we had access to the canoe, kayaks & outdoor grill. Since we were there last time a glider facing the lake was added & we made good use of the hammock down by the water too... the lake was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us."

  • Absolute Luxury!

"We spent a weekend in this beautiful home with friends. We just can't say enough wonderful things to describe it! Every single room of the house was beautiful, surrounded in comfort, stocked with everything a person could dream of and most important to us, extremely CLEAN! The house is set up in such a way that you just feel like there is so much space and everyone can spread out, talk, play, enjoy, relax and unwind without getting in each other's way. The yard is beautiful with a nice little walk down to a great swimming area! We were able to dock our boat very easily. We took turns napping in the comfy hammock under the shade trees! It was the perfect relaxing weekend we had hoped for. Near the home are a number of trails that can be followed for biking or 4 x 4 as we did. Communication with the owner was top notch! Super nice people who have thought of every last detail! We didn't want to leave! I'd give this home and grounds a 10 star rating if I could! Thanks again for everything!"

  • nice place

"Well, at first sight it wasn't quite what we expected from the pictures which made me a little sick. But once you walk inside and give it a chance to settle in on you, its a great place for a family get together. Plenty of room, nice and clean. The lake access isnt bad if you have a boat but dont expect somewhere to swim. Its also very close to the highway which also isnt mentioned - to the point you can see/hear the cars go by through the trees. The neighborhood isnt the nicest either. Its still a nice place, just maybe a little overpriced when you consider the entire package. The neighbors have no problem driving through the yard or parking their boats in your way so you have to get your feet wet leaving your boat to go up to the house - which isnt the renter's fault, but still it happens."
