"This well-appointed, and immaculately clean home was perfectly located for our recent visit to the Dallas/Arlington area for the Cotton Bowl. The home is right off the freeway in a safe residential neighborhood with easy access to Jerry's World, great restaurants, and is not too far from downtown Dallas. We don't believe the posted photographs (poor lighting) does it justice because the interior was much nicer than we expected. The only negative aspect of our trip is that it was cold and rainy the entire time, which did not allow us to use the backyard pool and grilling area, which would have been a wonderful space to hang out in and enjoy being outside during our holiday weekend. The highlight of our trip, besides the MSU Spartans' victory over Baylor, was the ease in working with Rebecca. She is incredibly accommodating and met every request of ours. If the Spartans ever make it back to AT&T Stadium for a Cotton Bowl or National Championship, this is without a doubt the place that we'll stay."

"We were in between a move in the area and needed a place to stay so we did not have to do the hotel life for 3 weeks. Alex was kind, workable, and helped us in a really stressful time. The house had all we needed and more. It is in a great location and again a HUGE BLESSING!!!"

"Myself, sister and her family, and our mom (eight total) converged on the Metroplex from Arkansas, San Antonio, and North Carolina for the Texas A&M/Arkansas game at AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium and a brief family reunion. The house lent itself to having some together time when we weren't at the game...fortunately we like each other. :-) I think a good time was had by all...except I was the only one happy about the outcome of the game which had nothing to do with the house.
The location is very convenient to I-820. You can actually see it from the back porch but you cannot hear it at all. Getting to I-820 on this trip was tough coming down the airport freeway because of construction so you might want to take I-30 to I-820. That route was certainly convenient to the stadium. We made it there in no time even in game traffic.
The description on the 4th bedroom is slightly off. Instead of a futon there is now another memory foam bed. I think everyone slept soundly and comfortably.
We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked and in good working condition. There was a grill outside on the back porch, but we didn't use that either. We did take out and there were plenty of restaurants a short distance away and all types of food options available.
I also wanted to note there were no mobility issues for my mom. There are no stairs to navigate if that's an issue. Slight step over the threshold is the extent of it.
The only minor problem we had was the bathtub in the second bathroom was very slow draining. Nothing a little Drain-O, Liquid Plumber, or an old fashioned plunger couldn't fix. It wasn't enough to ding the overall rating.
We'll certainly keep this property in mind for next year. I hope to make this an annual event ."
