  • Great place for a family getaway

"This was our third time at Lake Lewisville. As usual the house was great with a really nice kitchen. The bedrooms are large and you can't beat the early morning views."

  • ***!~!~!~!~!~EXCELLENT PLACE FOR CHILDREN~!~!~!~!~!***

"We have the best time here everytime we come and visit Yogi and his Friends. The cottages are so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Everyone that we came into contact with are extremely well mannered and very informative especially the front office staff. Check In was a breeze and we got started on activities right away!! My two yr. old caught here first fish in the Catch and Release pond. You don't even need a license because it is private property. There is not better place to take your children where you can make the best memories that will stick with them for years. We got to see Yogi, Boo Boo and Cindy the last time we were out there!! The activities and Waterpark definitely kept us busy the entire weekend!! Thank You for making this special for my family. I suggest you try out there new Homestead cottages they have full kitchens and we stayed in one of those the last time and we have a large family of 7 and it fit us perfect!!! GREAT JOB & KEEP IT UP - We will be back Spring Break and again in the Summer!!"

  • You will not be disappointed

"Everything was exactly as described. Jarel was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around and let us in . Needed to get away from the city for a few days to unwind and this was the place to do it. The house was really clean and comfortable and stocked with just about everything that you would need. The covered porch is where we spent the majority of our time for 3 days looking at the lake. We will be back later this year."

  • Little Jewel in a big city

"GIRLS TRIP for 5.....Central Tx teachers had a great get-a-way to Grapevine for 2 nights. I found this cute, comfy house by googling "Girl's Trip" suggestions and saw that other groups had rented this house for a gathering of friends. House was easy to find once we got to Grapevine, parking was enough for 3 cars, entry was easy and we found a cute, comfy home to relax and reconnect with friends. When we got there, the air was on, ceiling fans in each room made for a comfortable setting on a HOT August day. Furnishings were very unique and bathrooms were very roomy and loved the fluffy white towels. Each bedroom was perfect and the beds were made for a queen... Kitchen was very modern and had most anything you needed although we only used the oven and fridge. Welcome book on ottoman was very helpful, including maps and suggestions of where to eat. We felt safe in the nice neighborhood and it was a very quite street. Do be aware that you are very close to the airport (which can be a good thing) but we did hear those 'jet engines' doing their mag checks as my husband said. LOL...he's a pilot and I'm a former FA so it was not a problem. Unless you know that sound, you might think it's just the weather. The keyless entry was nice. This would be a great place for a family too as we noticed a pack n play in the closet and the yard out back would be good in cooler weather. There is a small sitting/grilling area on the side out back. We did not use this as it was a VACATION and we treated ourselves to eating out. Even ordered in one night by using Roseanne's book for suggestons. Enjoyed sitting at the antique dining table for 4. There is a TV /DVD and internet service there too. Internet was working great. Communication with the owners was a breeze and I would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Thanks for such a fun trip. Look forward to staying at another one of your properties. Paula & Friends"
