  • Friendly service and flexibility!

"Our stay at this condo was delightful. It is cozy and warm, clean and convenient. We just stayed one night, but it was all we needed and sure did beat staying in a hotel. We booked it very last minute and arrived that same afternoon. Cody was very quick to respond to emails and was extra-generous to allow us to check in early. The parking pass for Texas A&M was ready on the table and ensured our time on campus was without worry of a parking ticket. It is perfect for 2 people for a little get-away. Thanks so much, Cody. We will be sure to come back if the opportunity arises."

  • Great spot for mini-family reunion and football

"Myself, sister and her family, and our mom (eight total) converged on the Metroplex from Arkansas, San Antonio, and North Carolina for the Texas A&M/Arkansas game at AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium and a brief family reunion. The house lent itself to having some together time when we weren't at the game...fortunately we like each other. :-) I think a good time was had by all...except I was the only one happy about the outcome of the game which had nothing to do with the house. The location is very convenient to I-820. You can actually see it from the back porch but you cannot hear it at all. Getting to I-820 on this trip was tough coming down the airport freeway because of construction so you might want to take I-30 to I-820. That route was certainly convenient to the stadium. We made it there in no time even in game traffic. The description on the 4th bedroom is slightly off. Instead of a futon there is now another memory foam bed. I think everyone slept soundly and comfortably. We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked and in good working condition. There was a grill outside on the back porch, but we didn't use that either. We did take out and there were plenty of restaurants a short distance away and all types of food options available. I also wanted to note there were no mobility issues for my mom. There are no stairs to navigate if that's an issue. Slight step over the threshold is the extent of it. The only minor problem we had was the bathtub in the second bathroom was very slow draining. Nothing a little Drain-O, Liquid Plumber, or an old fashioned plunger couldn't fix. It wasn't enough to ding the overall rating. We'll certainly keep this property in mind for next year. I hope to make this an annual event ."

  • Great Fine! Affordable and relaxing - close enough to Canton!

"We made a girls weekend of it! The Water's Edge was so clean and perfect for our stay. We truly enjoyed waking up to the crisp cool air with the breeze from the lake. We stayed two nights and wished we could have done a third. Canton was about 40 minutes away, but for the price and location and coziness we were happy to take the scenic drive to/from shopping from Trade Days."

  • Super Relaxing Retreat

"This is an absolutely wonderful house...It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! We enjoyed the front porch most of all. Rocking in the rocking chairs and enjoying the peace and quiet. Any neighbors we encountered were super friendly. It was a great home away from home...comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and great outdoor space. We grilled, we hiked, we relaxed. We can't wait to go back...It would even be a great retreat in the winter and then we could use the heater and the fireplace. There were so many things that we didn't even get to enjoy...2 days just wasn't enough!"
