"Absolute wonderful home away from home. Very clean, well supplied with both home, cleaning & kitchen needs. Nice to have a washer & dryer in the home. Nice Heritage Park Garden in which to walk your pet. Off steet parking for 2 cars a bonus. Next time I'm just packing my clothes & my dog & going there. Is bigger inside then it looks from the outside. Great place.❤️😌😎"

As advertised: charming, convenient, clean, comfortable.
"We enjoyed our three nights at the Olive Branch. The house was in great shape. It appears recently remodeled and refurbished, with new furnishings throughout. We will definitely inquire again next time we're in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Location is quite convenient if you need a place to stay for an event at AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys) or Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers) or at UT-Arlington. The house is located adjacent to the UTA campus and to Arlington's downtown, about 1 to 1.5 miles away from the stadiums. Even though the house is about 2 miles to the nearest freeways (I-30 or SH360), the location provides relatively easy access to all the major routes. The house is within walking distance to several downtown Arlington or UTA local campus restaurants.
The owners were terrific with communication and fast service. They answered our questions immediately, before and during the rental.
Five stars, highly recommend if you need a 3BR home in a convenient location."

Wonderful for a three generation Christmas get together
"This was the perfect place for us. Everyone could take advantage of all the museums, parks and zoo. And if the baby needed to nap, the parents could walk home. The layout and furnishings suited us very we'll, the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was very clean. Thank for a Christmas we will remember. Elsie"

"Great location, comfy accomodations, and everything you could need. We had a wonderful time on Lake Granbury and this home suited our needs almost perfectly. The convenience of being right on the water with a place to swim and dock your boat is more than worth it. The owners were responsive and could not have been nicer. We had a different house rented and less than a week prior the owners of that house cancelled our reservation due to a remodel. We were lucky to have been able to rent this beautiful house on such short notice and the owner called me as soon as the request was received so that I would know it was received and didn't have to worry about a place for your family to stay! I have only two suggestions: 1. There was a large amount of wasps and the like living on the dock and a few up by the house. My son-in-law was stung while distracted by his toddler. I would suggest the owners try to clear those out as much as possible. I can note they had wasp spray on hand, so that was nice. 2. Toddlers...we have twins at 21 months old. Renters should be aware with this property the stairs to the dock, in the house, and the upstairs area can be a challenge. We had a baby gate that was slightly helpful but still it was quite a bit of work keeping the little guys safe. The upstairs smaller room is perfect for them for sleeping, though!
We definitely recommend this home and will be booking for next year asap!!"
