  • Excellent place to stay in San Antonio.

"We highly recommend the Tobin Hill Townhome - it's just a mile from the Riverwalk (a very easy walk) and for the price of a hotel room, you get 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a garage. The home was very clean and corresponding with the owner could not have been easier. If/when we visit San Antonio again, this will be our 'go to' place to reserve."

  • Great time in San Antonio

"This lovely home is great for just about any type of group. We used the pool & hot tub every day. It was so nice to have a very private back yard & a covered back porch which we also used every day. The inside of the house is great with plenty of space for a large group. I was with six of my sisters & we would definitely recommend this to others. We did not have kids with us, but there is also a fun play area in the back yard. The property owners also responded very quickly to any of our questions. San Antonio is a great city with lots of sites to see. We were busy every day. We loved our vacation!"

  • Father of the Groom

"In town for my son's wedding; very nice house, conveniently located in nice, older area of town. Close to interstates, shopping, downtown, etc... The main reason for not giving five stars is that the house is needing some TLC; a plumbing problem the first day (partially resolved but no ability for baths), broken recliner in "blue room", broken chair on deck, new range hood totally non-functioning, older tv's have picture problems. I assume the owner was having a bad day/weekend as she wasn't at all friendly, needed an hour before I could even just ASK a simple question when I saw her in the back yard and seemed generally stressed. She did apologize once but was still just as "curt" (her word) afterwards. This was unusual to us since other VRBO owners we've dealt with have been extremely friendly and accomodating. Overall, the house fit our needs, was roomy and comfortable, kitchen is very nice."

  • A week in paradise!

"My husband, 2 daughters, and I just returned from our one week getaway in this lovely home! Upon arrival, we found the home to be in immaculate condition, in a quiet neighborhood, with lovely and well-maintained grounds, and were pleased to find the basic neccessities stocked for us. We loved the layout of the home which gave everyone privacy if needed. Our daughters loved having the entire upstairs to themselves. We spent many hours in the refreshing backyard pool, and were treated to hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer. The home is conveniently located to Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, Aquatica, The Riverwalk, and endless shopping and dining. Kristen and Jeff and their maintenance staff were a pleasure to work with, and responded immediately to an unforeseen problem with the A/C. We would not hestitate to rent from them again, and would recommend others stay at this property...you will not be disappointed! Thank you for helping us make many unforgettable memories."
