  • A week in paradise!

"My husband, 2 daughters, and I just returned from our one week getaway in this lovely home! Upon arrival, we found the home to be in immaculate condition, in a quiet neighborhood, with lovely and well-maintained grounds, and were pleased to find the basic neccessities stocked for us. We loved the layout of the home which gave everyone privacy if needed. Our daughters loved having the entire upstairs to themselves. We spent many hours in the refreshing backyard pool, and were treated to hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer. The home is conveniently located to Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, Aquatica, The Riverwalk, and endless shopping and dining. Kristen and Jeff and their maintenance staff were a pleasure to work with, and responded immediately to an unforeseen problem with the A/C. We would not hestitate to rent from them again, and would recommend others stay at this property...you will not be disappointed! Thank you for helping us make many unforgettable memories."

  • Perfect San Antonio Location

"My friends and I rented this home for a "guys golf weekend." The central location is perfect to get around San Antonio. The pool table and backyard pool were nice to have for relaxation. The owners were very responsive to emails and questions before and after our trip. The only complaints would be nit-picky, like some of the ceiling fans need to be balanced and a couple of towel rods were loose. Other than that, it is a great home."

  • Everthing We Needed we in walkable neighborhood!!

"We came for my son's Air Force Basic graduation from Lackland AFB and were really just looking for basic accomodations in a good location. We were so thrilled to find this darling house with its old-time feel and homey character. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere, and my son appreciated it because he hadn't really seen San Antonio in the weeks he was in training. The air conditioning is efficient and kept the house comfortable even when it got fiercely hot. The rooms are beautiful and the claw food tub made me want to be pampered, so I ran out and bought bubble bath when I saw it. The house is well stocked, but Retha is really helpful and will loan you other things if she has them. We borrowed a cooler so we could do a party on the deck for my son and a few of his friends that didn't have to leave immediately after graduation. The next night we needed video cables, and she had that too! It's a friendly, comfortable neighborhood and a great old house."

  • Great place to stay

"We always stay in hotels but after staying here, I would recommend a vacation rental home whenever traveling. The owner was very helpful and friendly even before we arrived. The condo was very clean and the grandkids really enjoyed that Netflix was on the TV downstairs. Everything was very close by, didn't take us long to get downtown, to Seaworld or Schlitterbaun. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to San Antonio and we will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!"
