  • Excellent place to stay in San Antonio.

"We highly recommend the Tobin Hill Townhome - it's just a mile from the Riverwalk (a very easy walk) and for the price of a hotel room, you get 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a garage. The home was very clean and corresponding with the owner could not have been easier. If/when we visit San Antonio again, this will be our 'go to' place to reserve."

  • Gorgeous historic property; excellent location, accommodations & host!

"Location, location, location! This San Arturo VRBO is located in the heart of Downtown San Antonio, and offers a quiet and homey respite after long days sightseeing, convention-ing, adventuring, etc. A 10-minute walk takes you directly to the River, downtown, or the convention center. Choose to be car-free during your stay and take advantage of San Antonio's B-Cycle bike share program with stations located all over this area. Also within walking distance are top-rated restaurants, ranging from economical quick bites to 5-Star dining experiences -- Bliss, Taco Haven, Tito's, The Friendly Spot, B & D Ice House BBQ, Hot Joy, The Monterey, Feast, Star Fish, The Belgian Cafe, and Senor Veggie are all within a few blocks of this gorgeous historic house. The house itself is very well-appointed and has all the comforts of home. The walls are adorned with one-of-a-kind pieces procured from various local artists. Hand-made touches are found throughout the house; and the owner has done an incredible job restoring and modernizing the property, while still retaining the original charm of the house. Whether you are coming to San Antonio for business, pleasure or both, this property will afford you the luxury of an excellent urban location with all of the quiet and comfort of a home. Definitely recommend!"

  • Great place to stay during San Antonio vacation!

"My family of 7 stayed here for a week while on vacation. The house is clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was very conveniently located, close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit, but far enough away from the city to be a quiet and peaceful place to stay! The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our five children also loved this place and are already asking when we can come back. We have already recommended the place to friends, and will definitely come back if we return to San Antonio."

  • Staff Retreat in San Antonio

"At the beginning of November our organization had a staff retreat in San Antonio and stayed at the Ranch House (along with a neighboring property) for an entire week. We had 37 adults split between the two properties with 9 being housed in the Ranch House and the Cottage. The space was great! An important part of retreats being successful is having a comfortable space for folks to unwind and be refreshed for the next round of discussions. The Ranch House and Cottage provided that and more. The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated which allowed staff to truly appreciate the week together. We unfortunately had a staff member pass away during the planning stages and Beth was more than accommodating to help with a difficult transition. If we are ever back in San Antonio, we would definitely look to use the Ranch House again."
