  • Very Nice Family Home

"We had a great time this past Memorial Day weekend. The family got together in San Antonio, and this house was perfect for us. We all came from different areas around Texas, and each had different game plans for what the weekend would bring. The location was excellent, and everything we needed was close by. The weather was not the best, so we ended up spending more time at the house than we expected, and that was not a problem at all because we had everything we needed and more. We were very comfortable there. We even took advantage of the charcoal grill. Oh, and the garage was an terrific feature to have when it was pouring down rain. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family."

  • Perfect Vacation

"This place was perfect for us. We had a party of 2 moms, a grandma, and 4 kids ages 7-15. It fit all of us perfectly. The pool wasn't used as much as we had hoped, it was cool, cloudy, and rainy much of the time and the kids decided the heated pool wasn't heated enough (they are a bit picky and spoiled ;). The hot tub was wonderful as well. Cleanest ever. The house was extremely clean, we have stayed in many vrbo homes over the years, this one was on the top of the clean list. We could not believe how close to everything we wanted to do this place was. Just a few minutes drive and we were everywhere we needed to be, and had been given the best route to get there!!!! The bedroom with 2 Queen beds in it was good for us two grown sisters. We had no problem sharing a room, almost like old times! The small bedroom made from a large closet was perfect for our 15 year old. Gave her some privacy from the younger kids. The living room gave us plenty of room to hang out and watch tv or visit. The kitchen and eating area was large enough and had the cooking pans we needed. Nothing fancy but wonderful for us. Having a washer and dryer was essential for us. This home had it and the owner provided the soap. Can't beat that. When we come back to SA for a get away we will most certainly try this place again. If you stay at this home make sure to make a stop at Oblate Café, just down the block. The best Mexican food I have ever eaten. We ate there multiple times during our stay. Great food, super prices, and the staff were so nice!! The house is complete glass if you have small children that rough house this home might make me a bit nervous. I was glad our kids were up a bit older for this rental. This is the only negative thing I could come up with and it is not negative just an observation."

  • Perfect Setting for Family Vacation

"This was the very best family getaway we have experienced. The house was very clean and inviting. Their was something for everyone. My grandkids enjoyed the toys and having ample room to run and play in the backyard. We were there for my grandson graduation from BMT and he was able to come and relax for a few hours during his town pass. We went to SeaWorld and the wagon was great to have. When we come back to San Antonio we will definitely contact you. Highly, highly recommend this house for a fun filled, relaxing stay."

  • Outstanding location and property resort !

"We held our family reunion we held our family luncheon camping at this location and the facilities are 1st rate! Plenty of rooms, great cabin and outstanding pavilion. They have a great BBQ pit that can allow you to cook for a large crowd. Children really enjoyed the pond. Fishing and swimming to cool off. Basketball and volleyball facilities are outstanding. Ping pong and air hockey tables were used by children and adults. Our family reunion was a huge success mostly because we found this place! We plan to come back."
