"Spent a couple days here with two friends over a college alumni weekend. As individuals familiar with the San Antonio area, this location provided us with a convenient home-base that was close to downtown as well as to noteworthy landmarks, destinations, and, most importantly to us, a lot of major highways and streets. In addition to the overall convenience, we thoroughly enjoyed the amount of space at the house itself. Had we stayed longer I'm sure we would have inevitably utilized the huge backyard and grill. The three bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and homely, and the open ended kitchen-living room combo was a great place to congregate and hang-out during the day. All-in-all, a fantastic place to stay at a very reasonable price given the proximity to downtown and other noteworthy parts of the city. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip down."Guest: Chris Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 14, 2014View listing
"We have often stayed in a rental home as we travel because we want to be comfortable. This place gave us all the comforts of home. Our teenagers had their own space as did the parents. The bed in the master suite wasn't the most comfortable bed, but it was okay. The photos listed gave us exactly what the home would look like. It was clean and ver well maintained. Neither of the kids complained about anything. The outside patio was nice to sit and experience the birds in the near by trees. We didn't access the grill during our time, but we did use the updated kitchen! This home is really nice. We had a plumbing issue that we brought to the homeowners attention the day of our arrival, but it was never corrected during our time there. It has a busy street on one side of this property that did get loud. Having the use of a washer and dryer did make having clean clothes easier. The attractions of San Antonio were only a few miles away from this property. But if you are looking for good eating places, you will have to drive a few minutes. We did experience the shopping of San Antonio, San Antonio Zoo, and Pappadeaux's!"Guest: Vickie M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
"My family was in town for an Air Force graduation. Originally I looked at hotels, but decided to look at houses instead - much more bang for your buck! This house is beautiful and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has all the amazing features that older non-cookie-cutter houses have. We loved the style and furnishings. We were very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and it has a very nice kitchen. Loved the bathrooms as well. David was wonderful to work with. I highly recommended this house."Guest: Barb Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 9, 2014View listing
"If you are looking for beautiful place for a family gathering then look no more. Lazy L Ranch is an absolutely amazing place. It was so relaxing and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and have fun. The place was so beautiful and secluded it had everything you needed to slip away and enjoy life. I didn't want to leave. The mornings were so tranquil. the afternoons were loud in the pool and the evenings were fun playing dominoes and watching the kids be silly. Our stay was so memorable. We hope to go back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay."Guest: Linda Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 5, 2014View listing
