"The cabin is beautiful. There was plenty of room for us. Clean and comfortable. You did not feel like you were in a hotel but a home away from home. Kitchen was very nice. Lots of room. Only 6 chairs at the table. There was a bench for 3 to 4 more but not at the table. With a party of twelve we made it work. We will definitely stay there again. Owner very nice and easy to work with. Next time I'll bring some extra blankets. Some of my party got cold at night. This will be an annual stay for my family."

"I would have rated this place 5 stars (my husband wasn't as taken with it as I was). It has a fantastic location, just down the street from the local theater, a beautiful playground, several great restaurants. (everything is more expensive. I would bring anything you need) The house faces the beach. You do have to walk through the wetlands a bit to get to the beach. The beach was sandy, and not crowded (we had it to ourselves for pretty much the whole week)
The house is very dog friendly. There is a hose out front, and then the garage opens into a fenced backyard where they can dry off.
the firepit overlooking the water is perfect. My MIL actually took a nap on the lawn it is so peaceful.
They have provided everything, from crock pot, to spices, to family board games. the 3rd bathroom makes this house very comfortable for larger groups. the fans in each room made the nights comfortable too. We had 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs and everyone had the space we needed.
The owner was very available when I emailed with questions, both before and during our stay.
My husband had a few small issues that didn't bother me. The screen door sticks, one of the cabinets was loose, the house is carpeted (which is tricky to keep clean for a beach house and kids), the drains are slow (we bought a bottle of drano and it helped). The bunk beds are fabulous for kids, but have some slats broken and didn't look sturdy enough for adults.
We will definitely be staying here again. it was exactly what we needed."

"Our family loved this house for a family reunion over Labor Day! Lots of space for sleeping, eating, and playing. Plenty of dishes and supplies (pots, etc) for cooking for a crowd. Ping pong and foosball tables were a fun bonus for this house, too! House is clean and well cared for. We had a great weekend-thank you!!!"

"We had a WONDERFUL CELEBRATION at this home for our 50th Wedding Anniversary-we will always cherish the memories here. It was great to fit our whole family into one place. Everyone loved the BEAUTIFUL view of Bear Lake, the big eating area, the wonderful frig & freezer space and kitchen area, the big garage area, the VERY FUN slide and the AMAZING play room. Even when we had bad weather, we were happy to hang out at the home. The adults could visit upstairs while the children were completely happy, occupied and safe. We had some great movie times in the theater and enjoyed the wild flowers in the front yard. Tyson was quick to answer emails and help with our needs.
Thanks to those who planned and maintain such a great retreat."
