"We spent 5 nights at the house - we are two families each with 2 small kids. The setup couldn't have been any better. Both families had privacy but it was really easy to get up or down the stairs. We cooked half the time, the kitchens are very well appointed and had everything we needed. The rest of the time we went out to eat, and there are half a dozen great places less than 5 minutes walk. The location couldn't have been better. The hot tub was always hot and bubbling when we came off the slopes, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. All in all we loved it and would go back in a heartbeat."

"The Condo is located in a great location. It really is ski in/ski out. It's a short 50 ft walk out the back door to the Quitin Time ski run and then a short run down to the Town Lift. Skiing home I could actually get all the way to the back door without taking skis off. Also being just two blocks from the heart of main street was ideal. It's a short walk, just two flights of stairs, to everything on Main Street. Really the ideal location in Park City.
The condo was very clean and as advertised by the owner Chris. Chris is great to work with, extremely responsive to emails or calls and makes the process very easy. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, it's really a great deal."

"I brought my son for his first snowboarding experience outside of Michigan. It made for a perfect vacation! The owners were great to work with and their response time on answering questions was amazing. And the gift basket upon arrival was a very nice touch.
Initially, I was nervous about not having a vehicle, but, you're literally just a short walk to everything - no vehicle needed - It's all right there.
The Payday or Crescent chair lifts, the shops and restaurants on the plaza, heated pool and hot tub (which was used every night), and even the free transit service to Park City.
The whole concept of skiing on/off by being right there on the slope was fantastic and actually made it more relaxing. We weren't on any sort of schedule because of needing to drive to the slopes. We snowboarded as long or as little as we felt because we knew we could go right back out there whenever we wanted.
All the other reviews are spot on!
About the only additional information I can add, which has nothing to do with the room or resort, but may help other in their decisions is the taxiing to/from the airport. We used the first taxi the airport called for us; we didn't have any discussion outside of just needing a taxi. Unfortunately, the first taxi that came was a more deluxe luxury SUV. So, it was $150 to the resort. During the vacation I jotted down a phone number of a more traditional taxi service and the way back to the airport was $100. You can get it for even less, around the $85 range, but more waiting and ride sharing/shuttling may be involved.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the memories of snowboarding with my son are priceless!"
