  • Comfortable, Accomodating, and Inviting

"We loved the townhome! It was tastefully decorated, well appointed, and very comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much every need we had, the living room had very comfortable couches, while the dining area had a nice big table to accommodate everyone very comfortably (seating for 8!). We loved being able to walk over to the slopes, and--even in the snow--the kids loved heading to the playground across the street. Cynthia was a pleasure to correspond with, and answered all our questions. We've stayed in Brian Head every year for the past 6 Winters, and Cynthia's townhome is now at the top of our list of homes to stay in!"

  • Great large unit with family friendly living area - close to all in Brianhead.

"Overall a great place to spend a long weekend - we had 2 couples and 2 older boys - plenty of room to stay out of each others way and yet mingle/relax with each other in the evenings. Kitchen had all ammenities, a bit small but worked out just fine. some of the rooms are a bit dark, but didn't bother us much - kept lights on a bit more than we normally would. Great central spot to ski at Brianhead and explore Zion, Bryce, etc..."

  • Great place to stay for a family of 4

"This was a great place to stay for a family of 4. Everything was clean and well-kept. The owner was responsive and helpful up to our trip date. Check-in/Check-out was handled professionally through the hotel front desk. We especially enjoyed all the different activities available to us at the main lodge after a day on the slopes. The only issue to keep in mind is the lack of storage/closet and kitchen space in the unit. The space gets a little tight on longer stays with four people, luggage, equipment, etc, but it's definitely manageable. The lack of space was made up for by the inexpensive cost of the rental and the amenities available at the main building. It's a great value and we would stay here again when visiting the area."

Hidden among the thick forests of the Dixie National Forest’s Markagunt Plateau in Utah is Brian Head. A Variety of Attractions on the Doorstep of Brian Head Condos

While the main attraction here is the year-round outdoor activities, there are a variety of day trips within easy reach of Brian Head vacation houses. Panguitch Lake, in south central Utah, offers an enjoyable day trip to combine with a visit to Duck Creek Village. The village is a major area for snowmobiling. During summer months, its charm is found in the surrounding meadowlands of wildflowers and wildlife such as elk, bobcats, mountain lions, and even the occasional bear. Cedar City, or "Festival City, USA" as it is sometimes known, is a lively area with plenty of festivals all year. Regular festivals here include the Utah Shakespearean Festival, Utah Summer Games, the Neil Simon Festival, and American Children’s Christmas Festival. A short distance away is Cedar Breaks National Monument, a stunning amphitheater with incredible rock formations.

Make the most of the opportunity to visit some of America’s most spectacular scenery by visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. Here, thousands of years of erosion have created a display of a seemingly neverending expanse of spires, arches and natural mazes where the light changes almost minute by minute, creating a kaleidoscope of color. Also worth visiting is Arches National Park where the world’s largest display of natural limestone arches mingle with spires, pedestals and precariously balanced rocks, creating some of the most unique views anywhere.
