  • Best skiing location ever

"We rented this condo for ski trip with friends in January 2015. I know the location well, we rented in the same condo complex previously. The unit is beautifully decorated, has a very nice feel to it. I'm impressed with famous skiers posters with autographs in the garage. The unit has the best feature for skiers - boot drying machine for several pairs of boot. I think 8 people skied every day and we were able to put all our boots to dry every evening. This is super, I've never seem it before. Real great piece of equipment. Location is very convenient, easy access to both Little and Big Cottonwood canyons, we've been going to different resort every day. Shopping/dining nearby. I highly recommend this property."

  • Fabulous Studio Apartment!!

"My daughter and I loved our experience staying in this studio apartment! This apartment is clean, well-maintained, and close to I-215, a major freeway in Salt Lake City. We loved the 42-inch plasma television that the apartment had as well as the private patio in the backyard where we would sit and enjoy the summer nights. The owner is extremely helpful and immediately addressed any concerns that we had. In short, we felt right at home, and we have stayed here for the past two summers. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to rent a fabulous, affordable apartment."

  • Great Condo & Ski Location

"Our group of seven (3 dads and 4 twenty year old sons) stayed at this newly renovated condo on 1/5 - 1/10/15. With the new renovations (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, furniture, etc.), it was as if we were staying in a brand new home, and everything was extremely clean and immaculate. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for our group. Each dad had their own bedroom, and the boys stayed in the loft bedroom which had two queen beds on the lower level and two twins in the loft, so everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The kitchen and unit was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The condo also had a full size washer and dryer, 4 person hot tub and nice TV & sound system which we put to good use. Jim (condo owner) was very responsive in all of our communications, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The condo unit is an ideal location for skiing the Cottonwood Canyon areas, with Solitude & Brighton ~ 20 min. drive, and Snowbird/Alta ~ 25 min. drive. We also took a drive to Park City, ~ 35 min. There were many good & reasonable restaurants within a couple of minutes drive to the condo (Porcupines, Bandits American Grill & Pizzeria Limone), and Smith's for groceries and the LiftHouse for purchase of discount lift tickets were also close. Jim even had several extra discount lift tickets to offer us for Snowbird. All in all, we had an excellent stay at Jim's condo."
