"The Condo is located in a great location. It really is ski in/ski out. It's a short 50 ft walk out the back door to the Quitin Time ski run and then a short run down to the Town Lift. Skiing home I could actually get all the way to the back door without taking skis off. Also being just two blocks from the heart of main street was ideal. It's a short walk, just two flights of stairs, to everything on Main Street. Really the ideal location in Park City.
The condo was very clean and as advertised by the owner Chris. Chris is great to work with, extremely responsive to emails or calls and makes the process very easy. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, it's really a great deal."

"The house and furnishings were great, and the owner was very accommodating regarding our requests for a family/friends get together. We were not there for any winter activities, which was good, as it was warm for mid-February. We plan to rent this house again in the near future."

"We had a family reunion with our 6 children and their children at this cabin at Brian Head. (27 people) Each family, plus Grandma and Grandpa had their own rooms. The cabin is spacious, with lots to do inside and out. The kids enjoyed movies, air hockey, fooseball, pool and the pinball machines. The adults enjoyed the many areas where you could spend time together and catch up. We went in the summer, so we enjoyed campfires around the pit, waterballoon volleyball, short hikes and trips to nearby Cedar Breaks and it's surrounding beauty. We also drove to nearby Cedar City for a day of swimming at the community pool--great for children and teens! The cabin exceeds the beauty in the pictures on line! Our expectations were exceeded. The owners are very accessible and helpful. Loved it and hope to go back!"

"Nice large cabin with a nice yard to do outside activities. The kitchen and upstairs were extremely hard to cool down around dinner time into the evening. Also when we arrived the three large trash cans in the garage were already packed full of trash. I called asking if the trash could be picked up because the garage smelled like dirty garbage. I was assured that garbage would be picked up. Well it never was and then the morning we were packing up to leave someone showed up to collect all the garbage. So we had to endure a stinky garage our entire stay. Not impressed. Other than that complaint the property was decent and fun for all the kids."
