  • Review for Abode in Deer Lake Village at Deer Valley

"First, we'd like to thank Cole of Abode. Cole understood what was important to us in a vacation home and was able to suggest this wonderful property. When we arrived after a long road trip, Cole was there to meet us with a Welcome Basket, cold drinks, and a steaming hot tub! We had a wonderful first-time experience using Abode and definitely recommend them! This is a lovely, spacious mountain home in a quiet wooded setting, with an outdoor patio area, hot tub, and a pond out back. The home was beautifully appointed without being too "cabin-y", with four large bedrooms and lots of closet space for longer stays (our visit was August/September). The living room, dining room, and kitchen were more than accommodating when we had family visiting. The two car garage was big enough for our SUV, bikes, golf clubs, etc. This neighborhood is VERY pedestrian friendly, perfect for early morning or evening strolls to view wildlife. The ponds are teeming with ducks, muskrat, and fish (fishing is allowed in some of them). We spotted fox, osprey, sandhill cranes, LOTS of deer, and a moose cow and calf enjoyed trimming the Aspens by our hot tub! Solamere and Deer Crest trailheads are right across the street for hiking and mountain biking and snowshoeing in the winter. It's a short walk to Deer Valley Lodge, the St. Regis funicular, and Deer Valley Grocery Cafe where you can enjoy your meal on the deck overlooking a pond (and you can practice your Standup Paddleboarding in the pond during summer months!). Park City's Main Street is only 1.5 miles away, you can walk, ride your bike, drive, or take the free bus."

  • Atlanta crew

"From the start of the reservation process to the final transaction, the owner of this condo handled our stay with exceptional service. He is super kind and accommodating and everything was handled exactly as planned/stated. Additionally, we arrived from a long day of travel to Deer Valley to find drinks and libations awaiting for us upon our arrival! The unit was exactly as it appears in the listing and is a perfect floor plan to accommodate several families. We traveled with our children, my mom, and my sister and her family. Bathrooms are spacious with great hot water control! Kitchen is well stocked if you enjoy cooking while on vacation. We had some difficulty working the t.v. remotes and received a call back immediately when we called for help. The short walk to Silver Lake Village is really enjoyable providing great views of surrounding mountains. We walked several times to the Stein Erikson Spa as the driveway to the hotel is right next door to the condo. This unit is an excellent value for the discerning traveler, and we will definitely be a returning visitor."

  • Awesome Unit for Family Ski in Ski out

"Our family has been skiing Deer Valley for over 20 years after our children got altitude sickness in Colorado and we also decided that snowboarding was not our style. We were delighted to find this beautiful ski in ski out home next to the Talliskar tower in Deer Valley Empire area. The house truly has 4 separate bedrooms with private baths, sleeps 12 in beds and has two more pull out couches. The only drawbacks is that the home is across the street from skiing in (so you have to walk about 100 feet to your unit,) and it does not have access to a hot tub (which we like to sit in after skiing every day). Other than that, we were very happy with the two car heated garage, the internet connection, the large TV's in every room and the fully stocked kitchen. The Talliskar bus also drives you anywhere you want to go and we didn't need the car that we rented all week."

  • Excellent accomodiations

"An excellent condo, fully equipped, comfortable and super close to all three ski areas. Owner/Manager very helpful, prompt, and super efficient with electronic communication. A very good condo layout that affords a lot of privacy as the two bedrooms are separated by the living room area."
