"This town home is perfect because it has a lot of space. We went with another family and we all had room to either hang out together or have our own separate room. It was also perfectly clean and more than well stocked. We didn't need anything. I didn't realize it was so close to town and also the Deer Valley lifts. We also loved watching all the magpies in the back woods from the Living Room."

"This was the first time we stayed in Bill's condo and also the first time visiting Park City. We loved both! Bill isn't kidding when he says that he's thought of everything. It was so nice opening the cupboards and seeing how well stocked they were. Lots of condo's have just the bare minimum, especially as far as spices, etc., are concerned. The complex is just beautiful and very well maintained, quiet and so close to everything. And the grounds are beautifully landscaped. There is a comprehensive collection of movies and books if one wishes to kick back and relax. It was fun sitting on the deck and watching the birds. What are those huge black and white birds anyway?! Although we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub, Bill informed us it would be ready and waiting when we got there and it was. We loved strolling up and down Main Street, so many outstanding restaurants to choose from. Plus we stumbled upon the Egyptian Theater and saw B.J. Thomas which was a thrill! Never expected to see such top notch entertainment there! Our last day there was a crafts fair on Main Street which was really enjoyable, local food vendors and local artisans showing their wares. We hiked all over Deer Valley Ski Resort, literally 10 minutes from the condo. And took a side trip through the beautiful Cottonwood Valley. Park City has a charm all its own and we are so happy that we got to experience it. I can just picture it in the winter, so magical with snow on the ground. Try it....you'll like it!"

"We booked a trip to Deer Valley over New Years and looked on VRBO for a condo or townhouse to rent. We found this townhouse and it was perfect. We had 5 adults and 5 children. The townhouse was great and our stay was great. The location is very central. We drove to the Deer Valley ski area, about 2 minutes, but the bus stopped almost in front of the unit. The kids and adults loved it and had a great time. The hot tub, game machine and the pool table made it like a mini hotel. Everything we needed was there.
Dealing with the owners and their agent was painless, we couldn’t have asked for more, or to deal with nicer people. From our question before we decided to rent through our arrival everything was handled promptly and professionally. We had a great vacation with wonderful accommodations and everyone asked when we could go back. We would highly recommend this property from our great experience."

"My family and I spent six amazing days in this house and it was everything the description said it would be and more. The interior of this home is spectacular and cozy. Everything you need is in this house from towels, toiletries, sheets, dishware, cookware, the list goes on and on and the flow of the house is so warm an inviting that we couldn't wait to get back at the end of the day to just cook a meal, laugh and relax. The house is conveniently located to restaurants, shops and ski resorts and I must mention some of the most breath taking sceneries I've ever seen. My sister and I would walk each morning to Main street (1/2 mile) where we would sit at a small diner with a cup of coffee and take in all the sites. It was a pleasure to work with the coordinator to schedule our visit to this house, she went out of her way each time we communicated to make sure I had everything I needed and she was always an email or phone call away. I would highly recommend this location. IT'S BEAUTIFUL!"
