If you're a snowboarder, you'll have to partake in the other slopes nearby, as Deer Valley is one of the few remaining ski resorts that prohibit snowboarding. Besides winter sports, there are many summer activities that include rafting, kayaking, fly fishing, trap shooting, ATV tours and more, not to mention the myriad of shopping, art galleries, theaters, bars and clubs that are in and surround the area of Deer Valley.

This area is also home to the famed Sundance Film Festival, which usually takes place in late January, attracting more than 50,000 people from around the globe to attend about 200 screenings of some of the newest talent in documentary, dramatic, and short films. Getting to and from Deer Valley Condos

With Salt Lake City being so close by and having its own international airport, it is easy to find flights and connections within the country and worldwide.

Once here, you may want to consider renting a car or 4x4 to get around with flexibility, but there are taxi and shuttle services available from the airport as well as a local city and county public transit system within the Park City area. The ski resort itself offers free parking shuttles.
