"We had a wonderful stay at the Black Bear Lodge. Ron was extremely helpfully before we even arrived. He responded to all our questions promptly and even acquired a pack n play for our son. The Lodge was clean and nicely stocked with plenty of towels and needs for our stay. We could walk to the lifts in minutes and the skiing was superb. We will definitely be coming back to Deer Valley and stay in the Black Bear Lodge."

"Our group of seven ladies stayed here for five days/four nights. It has been the best of any of our 20 past ski accommodations. We plan on returning. Most places a fold out couch is the worst draw - the one in this unit was exceptional to the point that I got the information to replace the one I currently have!
The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having some spices on hand. All the appliances were easy to use and covered all our cooking desires.
It did take us awhile to figure out the Nest thermostat - maybe some instructions for us technology challenged people would be helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to lower the temperature. We did love the heated tile floors in the bathroom.
It was nice that the garage door was very large and entry flat - no need to worry about a narrow opening when it is snowing. Carts to haul luggage and food helpful.
Check in was a slight problem. Confirmation form sent us to a location in Park City and then they sent us out to Black Bear Lodge at Deer Valley and sent us via a very twisted route when we could have taken Hwy 224 to Guardsman Coonection and then to Royal St to the Lodge. The best option would be a way to access a key through a code box at the condo itself.
Property management does a good job of keeping roads clear for us out of state drivers.
We also weren't able to get a straight answer on how/where to change lift vouchers for tickets- turned out you do it right at the base of the Silver Strike lift which is 100 feet from the condo. We noted that you could also meet there for a private ski lesson. This is a fabulous benefit for this location and should be better communicated.
The ease of the ski in and ski out AND the private shuttle service makes this a great location. This particular unit has amazing views and is well furnished. Beds are very comfortable and space is nice for a large group.
I will be back with the ladies next year."

"First time visit to Park City with family. Everything was easy from finding the unit to parking the rental car in the underground facility. The friendly staff stores your skiis and is on time when you need to pick them up in the morning. Kitchen was perfect and actually grilled steaks by the pool one evening. Used the condo as home base to ski other mountains. Literally steps to pool and hot tub on ground floor. A no worries vacation with two teenage boys."

"This condo was perfect for us! The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked and we had no issues with the grill, oven, stove top, microwave, or dishwasher. The clubhouse is super convenient and we made good use of the pool and volleyball courts. The surrounding area was beautiful and served as the perfect base camp for our trip. We had eleven people and sleeping was a little cramped, but all in all I would definitely stay here again."
