"We rented this home for a month, so my husband and I could wrap up the final research for my Utah National Parks book. It was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the view, the patio and the splash pool. I was a bit concerned when I read one review that talked about the "friendly neighbors" as we really wanted privacy, but in the end we didn't even see them during our stay. The place was comfortable enough for a guest we had up from ABQ for a few nights, and we even got to see the Supermoon eclipse. The management company was very responsive, when I pointed out a problem with the splash pool, and the pool service folks came out the next day. I also have to say that I was a bit anxious about if this was "real" (it sounded too good to be true), and if you are wondering the same thing I'm happy to provide a reference via e-mail (candy@EmergingHorizons.com). It's a great location and a very quiet place to enjoy Mother Nature. And as it turns out I got a good amount of writing done here."

"Came in for four nights and found the accommodations excellent. Mike was very easy to work with and everything posted in the condo description is accurate. The absolute best part of this condo is it's location. Walk outside to bus stop and get to slopes in three or four minutes or downtown in about the same amount of time. Hot tub is very clean and was a welcome relief at the end of each day. Will stay again!"

"We went to Park City to explore the local mountain biking and the Olympic Park. The garage door was too short for us to fit our truck but there was easy, close outside parking. The garage provided a secure place to store our bikes during our stay. The house is in a quiet location but easy to get to any shopping needs at Redstone or to head into Park City. The furnishings and house in general are very comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The kitchen is well stock with all the items needed for cooking and eating in. Paul was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had along the way. Great place to stay, we highly recommend!"

Contact with owners was quick and easy - even during our stay.
Unit was in good shape/clean and master bed was comfortable.
Pool and hot tub were welcome at the end of the day.
Internet worked well.
Cable TV downstairs and upstairs.
Outdoor dining area was nice at dinner time - although a little close to unit on the right.
Couches were comfy.
No noise inside unit from neighbors, except movement of their chairs across tile floor.
Lots of space.
washer and dryer were welcome.
2-car garage - thumbs up
Kitchen was a good size, stocked well.
Outdoor grill worked well
Pictures on VRBO were accurate
South of Moab so a little bit of a drive to downtown area and Arches.
Coffee maker needed a good vinegar/water cleaning to make coffee palatable (a little picky, I know)
(More cautionary than con) EASY TO LOCK YOURSELF OUTSIDE. The inside handle of front moves up and down even when the door handle lock is engaged. We went outside to eat dinner on patio and pulled door closed behind us. OOPS! Locked out! No phone, no key, no garage door code either. Luckily our kind neighbors loaned us a phone to call owners -- they called back quickly and problem was solved. Replace keyed entry with a code entry?"
