"We loved your rental property. It proved to be a plush, comfortable and convenient place to rest our head after a day of sight seeing in either Bryce or Zion national parks. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. The photo's don't convey just how roomy and large the house actually is."

  • Understated refinement on the slopes of Park City

"This property is situated on a dead-end street from which you can walk off onto trails (or off trails) into the mountains or traverse the side of the slope to High West distillery. While I've not rented the house during prime ski seasons, off season rental mostly, the house is in my mind ideally situated in Park City; easy access via car or by walking to Main Street via stairs or roads, a wonderful private backyard with aspen trees and a hot tub, nice floor plan for a steep hill property, and very comfortable living and social areas. Property aside, the owner and site manager are easy to work with which is very important; whatever you do do not go to the cheapest nor do you need the most expensive -- look at the reviews and pay attention to what is said and not said b/c when you need help, assistance, things go wrong with your travels, etc. you want to know you can work it out without contention and professionally -- this team delivers on this. In the end, I highly recommend this house."

  • Deer Valley Delight

"We loved the house at Pinnacle. We were a group of 10 - 5 adults and 5 teenagers. The family room and media/game rooms provided great space for everyone. The kids loved the media/game room. The house is close to Snow Park Lodge and the community shuttle made it easy to hit the slopes. After skiing all day we really enjoyed the hot tub! The house is also a short walk to a Park City Bus Stop. Can't ask for a better location. The house was very clean and well appointed. We'll definitely come back!!!!"

  • Great rental

"Our family reunion of 24 were so pleased with this cabin. The four floors allowed families with younger children a quiet place for naps while teens, parents and adolescence were able to enjoy the pool table, ping pong, air hockey and great outdoors. For our family, who came from five different states, it was a perfect location...in the mountains far enough to allow us to spend time together without distractions, but near enough to Heber for necessary get aways, We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this for another family. It is a great place to accommodate a range of ages, the furnishings are comfortable and plentiful for a large group to sit together for family time, the bedrooms are well placed allowing privacy and quiet. The outside area is beautiful. We were visited by a moose! The owner worked well with us and responded immediately when we had some concerns the first day with problems due to the person managing the home. The owner was so prompt to accommodate us that I would not be concerned that the situation could happen again. The cabin is hard to find. The directions said to use gps but only one family had service in the area so gps did not work for the other four families. There needs to be a map in the packet. Since it is high atop a mountain it takes 20 minutes to get anywhere, which we loved but you need to be prepared. This will be a cherished memory because the accommodations were perfect for us."
