"Comfortable, clean, well furnished, easy check-in and great views. We loved our neighbors the prairie dogs. And when we had a problem with one of the air conditioners, the management company was out very quickly to fix things.
One concern is how often the yard was watered. Seems very wasteful of water and woke up one of us every night when the sprinklers came on.
Also, it is unfortunate to have to drive through all the industrial and commercial stuff before getting to the neighborhood. But overall a great home base for our family while we enjoyed the Moab area."

"We attended Easter Jeep Safari from 03-27 to -04-05-15. The location was perfect, as we had room to park our trailer and tow rig. This location is far enough from town and quiet! We stayed in room #2 which was perfect for us (wife, service dog and myself). The floor is non slip tile and beautiful. The bed was a queen size and very comfortable. The room has a vaulted ceiling with a fan and we were able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature day or night. The shower was one of my favorite features. Large, open and perfect for relaxingly washing off the dust from a beautiful day in the canyons! Moab has so little light pollution, our low power telescope worked flawlessly. We had our service dog daisy with us. This did not present any issues except daisy wanting to visit her new landlord often. The owners have a well balanced Cairn Terrier named Oscar. What a cool dog. Oscar would come visit us every chance he got and it was quite a pleasure. The dogs acted as if they had known each other for sometime. No defensiveness, being territorial or vocalizations. Just a couple of buddies trotting around! The owners left us alone, but advised us that they were available to help with anything we needed. We felt like a King and Queen! I am a people person and would have loved more contact with these two. What contact I did have with them was very pleasant and showed me that they are down to earth, very intelligent, caring, decent people. I wished I could have had more time with them. The location is safe, quiet and beautiful. If you are looking for someplace quick and easy to stumble into after drinking too much downtown....well, stay downtown! The quiet nature of this area is because it's out of town a short distance, but a perfect distance! We want to return for next years Easter Jeep Safari."

"This home was AMAZING!! Beautiully appointed, perfectly laid out. A peaceful and restful place to come home to. Nicely put together kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful. The A/C kept things nice and cold when it was well over 100 degrees outside. The laundry room was wonderful to use for the sweaty hiking clothes. We just couldn't have been happier. Thank you!"

"Visited for four nights from Georgia. This house is awesome, just as advertised. Plenty of room for many people. The area has so much to offer. We were able to ATV, Boat the Colorado, visit Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. We rented the upstairs and downstairs of the North Side. The boys could stay downstairs while the older folks relaxed upstairs. Prime location with easy access to downtown. This is the place to stay in Moab."
