  • loved it

"A great place. Small but just enough room for two. Close to everything. Loved being able to walk to multiple restaurants. after a rain the sound of water rushing through the creek was very soothing."

  • Great home base for National Park Adventures

"This town home was a wonderful home base for our daily excursions to Arches, Canyonlands and cycling. The home was comfortably furnished and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the home even included beach towels for the pool. The pool and hot tub in the community were one block away, secure and well maintained. The home included a two car garage, big enough for our two cars and bicycles. The property is 5 miles south of downtown Moab. The views from the property were lovely and star watching on the front patio was mesmerizing. Cathy from the rental company was great to work with."

  • Starbuck Lane

"We attended Easter Jeep Safari from 03-27 to -04-05-15. The location was perfect, as we had room to park our trailer and tow rig. This location is far enough from town and quiet! We stayed in room #2 which was perfect for us (wife, service dog and myself). The floor is non slip tile and beautiful. The bed was a queen size and very comfortable. The room has a vaulted ceiling with a fan and we were able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature day or night. The shower was one of my favorite features. Large, open and perfect for relaxingly washing off the dust from a beautiful day in the canyons! Moab has so little light pollution, our low power telescope worked flawlessly. We had our service dog daisy with us. This did not present any issues except daisy wanting to visit her new landlord often. The owners have a well balanced Cairn Terrier named Oscar. What a cool dog. Oscar would come visit us every chance he got and it was quite a pleasure. The dogs acted as if they had known each other for sometime. No defensiveness, being territorial or vocalizations. Just a couple of buddies trotting around! The owners left us alone, but advised us that they were available to help with anything we needed. We felt like a King and Queen! I am a people person and would have loved more contact with these two. What contact I did have with them was very pleasant and showed me that they are down to earth, very intelligent, caring, decent people. I wished I could have had more time with them. The location is safe, quiet and beautiful. If you are looking for someplace quick and easy to stumble into after drinking too much downtown....well, stay downtown! The quiet nature of this area is because it's out of town a short distance, but a perfect distance! We want to return for next years Easter Jeep Safari."

  • The place to stay in Moab.

"Arrived to find a very clean and very nicely appointed condo. Comfortable beds and furniture to relax on after a hard day of riding or hiking. Good size kitchen for cooking family meals. Large rooms that made it possible to get away from others to relax by yourself. We brought a couple of motorcycles and it was very nice to be able to have them inside when the weather turned bad. Also having the security of belongings like the helmets and riding gear out in the garage. You will be very happy staying at this place."
