"We attended Easter Jeep Safari from 03-27 to -04-05-15. The location was perfect, as we had room to park our trailer and tow rig. This location is far enough from town and quiet! We stayed in room #2 which was perfect for us (wife, service dog and myself). The floor is non slip tile and beautiful. The bed was a queen size and very comfortable. The room has a vaulted ceiling with a fan and we were able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature day or night. The shower was one of my favorite features. Large, open and perfect for relaxingly washing off the dust from a beautiful day in the canyons! Moab has so little light pollution, our low power telescope worked flawlessly. We had our service dog daisy with us. This did not present any issues except daisy wanting to visit her new landlord often. The owners have a well balanced Cairn Terrier named Oscar. What a cool dog. Oscar would come visit us every chance he got and it was quite a pleasure. The dogs acted as if they had known each other for sometime. No defensiveness, being territorial or vocalizations. Just a couple of buddies trotting around! The owners left us alone, but advised us that they were available to help with anything we needed. We felt like a King and Queen! I am a people person and would have loved more contact with these two. What contact I did have with them was very pleasant and showed me that they are down to earth, very intelligent, caring, decent people. I wished I could have had more time with them. The location is safe, quiet and beautiful. If you are looking for someplace quick and easy to stumble into after drinking too much downtown....well, stay downtown! The quiet nature of this area is because it's out of town a short distance, but a perfect distance! We want to return for next years Easter Jeep Safari."

"This was a great property for us as we staged a small family reunion there. The lot is large, over an acre, and a large portion is fenced which was a bonus as family members brought dogs. The house is very nice and the living area is great with exits to the outside on either the west or east sides so one can always stay in the shade if preferred. We fed and entertained 18 folks as in the evening, we used the front porch off the kitchen, south side of house. The house easily slept 12-14 and we had some use the campgrounds at Ken's Lake, which is about 5 miles away. The thing lacking is a fire pit. We had to go to Ken's Lake to enjoy an evening fire but otherwise, a great property and I would gladly use it again."

Perfect Moab townhouse/condo for a family or group
"We have stayed at this townhouse/condo for the past two years in a row, for about 4 nights on each visit. We are a group of six, two children and four adults, and we do an annual family golfing, swimming, and hiking getaway and found that this place is the best to stay in Moab. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are adequate and meet our needs. We cook all our meals in the unit and the kitchen and barbeque area outside meets our needs. The kids have a pool they can go to swim at and it is close to the unit. There is an open lawn area right outside the back door for them to run around and play on. It is right off #12 green and the cart path on the Moab Golf Course and has a beautiful view of not only the green but the sweeping "red rocks" of Moab area. The owner/managers (Lisa and Rob) are great to work with and make sure the unit is kept up to meet your every need. Yes, we definitely recommend staying here."

Excellent property that was very clean and accomodating!
"My family of four plus my daughter's friend was visiting Moab for the first time and couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. The home was larger than expected and the oversized two car garage nicely stored our bikes and all our gear. The home was close to all our activities and was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We cooked burgers and brats on the grill and enjoyed dinner on the patio. We've stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was clearly one of the best. Can't wait to get back to Moab to tackle Slick Rock again!!!"
