"We are staying here for a week on a family mountain bike vacation. As a small town with a relatively short season, Moab can be expensive, and we were really happy with this condo and thrilled with the price. The unit seemed to have been recently renovated with new paint, carpet, furniture, etc. and the kitchen was fine for cooking all meals. Also the location is appealing: on a very quiet street but only a 5-10 minute walk to the stores and restaurants on the main street in Moab. The condo building has coin-op laundry (great for washing bike clothes!) and offers easy access to the Slickrock Trail area. The only negative, as a previous reviewer commented, is that the downstairs units get a lot of noise from the upstairs units depending on who's staying there. We could hear someone snoring in the bedroom above us, and there was lots of noise from kids upstairs running around in the evenings. So if you're a light sleeper or go to bed early, get a top floor unit. Otherwise, this is an awesome condo unit and we would definitely come back."

"We stayed at the property in June, 2013 and was what we were looking for; affordable, comfortable and close to town. The house is not on the best street in town, nor is it for anyone looking for luxury, but it suited our needs perfectly. The owner is wonderful to work with (and can give you some great biking advice if you need it), and worked with us on the dates we needed. I don't recommend the house for those looking for 5-star accommodation, but do for those looking for a quiet location in-town with a kitchen, sheets, towels, beds, a back yard, etc."

"Moab is a wonderful location for outdoor activities. The townhome is good sized and just a couple of blocks from Main Street. The home was in great condition with the master bedroom bed and the queen sized bed being very comfortable after having been out and about for multiple days. The hottub was great to relax in in the evening. Highly recommended!"
