Will be back!
"Have stayed at this condo twice now and both times have been great. It is clean and in very good condition. Really nice to have a garage to use as well for parking or storing big bags and coolers. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Two BBQ grills is very nice for cooking for a large group. Pool area is also very nice. Rossana is very nice and helpful. Check-in/check-out was faster than any hotel I've stayed at. She will email you a key code for entry, and just a phone call to let her know when you're leaving. Very easy! Looking forward to staying again! Much better than any hotel experience."

"We selected this cabin for our 7th annual college reunion trip (5 men). We've always used vacation rental homes and out of all our rentals, I have never encountered a more earnestly accommodating or conscientious owner. Our rental coincided with the May-Pac fight and he went out of his way to make sure when the opening bell struck we'd have the PPV event flowing thru his Directv satellite dish onto the flat-screen TV. Highly unusual situation, but it's a testament to his dedication to guest satisfaction.
As other reviewers have noted, the drive up to the cabin from Moab is ~40 minutes, sections were paved and others were not. A 4x4 vehicle is not necessary; any plain SUV will suffice and more for the ground clearance than for power. We had good weather though and I could see how parts of the drive could get more challenging if it rained hard enough and thus demand 4x4. For the time guzzler the drive up is, it really is dramatic and far from a bore/chore (but not dangerous), becoming part of the adventure. The cabin is truly ideal for MTB/dirt bike & ATV enthusiasts.
The wrap-around deck with wrap-around bench is surprisingly spacious and inviting. There's even a built-in kitchen-level counter by the gas grill perfectly designed for outdoor food prep overlooking the mesa. We worked the kitchen hard and it met our needs with flying colors (loved the pizza stone). Igniter on the grill was broken but the kitchen had 2 lighters and there was a spare tank in case we ran out of gas. The air at the cabin is delicious with near-zero noise pollution from town. Contra other reviewer's experience we didn't have a dust problem. To sum up, this is a fabulous cabin even better if you bring a rustic spirit to match its rustic charms."

"The floor plan is open and wonderful. There is an office in addition to the 3 bedrooms if one wants privacy as well. The back yard (including a large outdoor grill) and gardens are a plus.
This home is well cared for. One can tell that the owners visit frequently.
Take a break from the parks and play a round of golf at the Moab Golf Club - a short walk away!"
