"We stayed at the property in June, 2013 and was what we were looking for; affordable, comfortable and close to town. The house is not on the best street in town, nor is it for anyone looking for luxury, but it suited our needs perfectly. The owner is wonderful to work with (and can give you some great biking advice if you need it), and worked with us on the dates we needed. I don't recommend the house for those looking for 5-star accommodation, but do for those looking for a quiet location in-town with a kitchen, sheets, towels, beds, a back yard, etc."

"A group of friends and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend and could not be more happier about the house all weekend. It was extremely clean and comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home, and if you want to go out, downtown is but just a short car ride away. The owners were such a pleasure to work with. They were so responsive to every question we had and made sure everything was perfect before we got there. My friends and I can't rave enough about how wonderful our stay was and hope to come back in the near future!"

"Our group of seven ladies stayed here for five days/four nights. It has been the best of any of our 20 past ski accommodations. We plan on returning. Most places a fold out couch is the worst draw - the one in this unit was exceptional to the point that I got the information to replace the one I currently have!
The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having some spices on hand. All the appliances were easy to use and covered all our cooking desires.
It did take us awhile to figure out the Nest thermostat - maybe some instructions for us technology challenged people would be helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to lower the temperature. We did love the heated tile floors in the bathroom.
It was nice that the garage door was very large and entry flat - no need to worry about a narrow opening when it is snowing. Carts to haul luggage and food helpful.
Check in was a slight problem. Confirmation form sent us to a location in Park City and then they sent us out to Black Bear Lodge at Deer Valley and sent us via a very twisted route when we could have taken Hwy 224 to Guardsman Coonection and then to Royal St to the Lodge. The best option would be a way to access a key through a code box at the condo itself.
Property management does a good job of keeping roads clear for us out of state drivers.
We also weren't able to get a straight answer on how/where to change lift vouchers for tickets- turned out you do it right at the base of the Silver Strike lift which is 100 feet from the condo. We noted that you could also meet there for a private ski lesson. This is a fabulous benefit for this location and should be better communicated.
The ease of the ski in and ski out AND the private shuttle service makes this a great location. This particular unit has amazing views and is well furnished. Beds are very comfortable and space is nice for a large group.
I will be back with the ladies next year."
