"I and my wife stayed for a month (from May 6th 2015 till June 5th 2015). The loft is large with a jolly location in Ogden at 25th St. Lots of local places to eat, extremely nice people, and I would absolutely stay again if I stay in Ogden or recommend to family and friends. Small kitchen (it is not really a kitchen, only two electric top, a small microwave, an electric oven and a small refrigerator) which was a small inconvenience. Also, we had to wash dishes at the bathroom. Property manager easily reachable and very helpful. Although the unit has not a private garage, we had no problems in parking (except if it is raining, as it was for a couple of weeks, and we had to park on the street at the back of the building). It is not recommend for people with disabilities or even an old people, because there is a steep stairs from the street to the unit."

"This was the perfect rental for our needs - in town, great view, garage parking, great kitchen and plenty of room. We truly enjoyed our stay and will book here again. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with."

"Held our Family reunion here in July 2014. AS my family gathered from Alabama, Indiana, and from Utah, the place became home, for the time we had. Book early as you can see, the house fills up quickly around special event days.
Note to the owners: As I am from Ohio, that state and now even Indiana, where I now reside, a tobacco growing state requires (southern part), all Inn keepers to declare if a motel. hotel room, or vacation house is either smoke free or not, I would recommend to the owner, even if they smoke, go to a smoke free environment. It may lower their insurance rate, and cleaning cost as well. Thank goodness no one in the family detect any tobacco as that would have detracted from my family event. Personally, tobacco smoke does not' bother me, as a prior smoker and being in the military for 27 years. However, three of my daughter-in-laws and my daughter would have been put out, just saying. As the fact no one smelled any Tobacco smoke, this is a non-issue as to the rating of the again grand old house. I would love to stay again, provided there was no tobacco smoke residue."
