  • Baseball Weekend

"Condo was great! Initially had booked another unit owned by the same group but was later told that unit was not available and that there was a hiccup in their booking program. Property owner offered this unit as an alternative. Very clean and well kept. Automatic door lock was a little sketchy as it did not unlock initially and then did not lock a few times. We just had to check the door every time we left. A very minor inconvenience. I would recommend it."

  • Fantastic, comfortable, great location

"My husband and I stayed in the Rock Cottage with my sister in law and her husband. We traveled to Zion, Escalante, Bryce Canyon, Page and St. George. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Everyone slept great! The single bathroom was divided and worked great for 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with more amenities than we have ever had at a vrbo, which was great because we cooked all our meals. We also made use of the washer and dryer. The view is amazing of the cliffs. There is a variety of gas stations and grocery stores that are reasonably priced within 5 minutes. Being in town, the area is surprisingly dark and quiet. We were also able to park in the garage which was nice. I called Joann the first day about some minor issues and they were handled that day! We really enjoyed the variety of rocks everywhere and the blossoming trees. Overall an incredible stay. It felt like home for sure."

  • Just what we needed!

"My buddies and and I needed a larger place to accommodate our Jeeps, trucks and tow trailers. This fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room for the vehicles and trailers at no additional cost, like some places wanted. As the description said.....don't judge a book by its cover. The beds were comfortable, plenty of clean linen and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room area had plenty of comfy couches and arm chairs to watch TV. After a long day on the 4x4 trails, we were plenty tired and ready to hit the sack. Downside.....the A/C seemed to be programmed to shut off in the middle of the night but the ceiling fans worked well, except for the bunk bed bedroom which did not have a ceiling fan. This is not a fancy neighborhood...merely private properties along a creek area with a mixture of homes and some trailers. The storage garage came in handy to store some of our extra stuff in. It's not far from downtown restaurants and gas stations, perfect for jumping on the trails in either direction. Moab PD patrol the neighborhood a lot, (not because of crime)... but one is prone to speeding due to the hilly roads in the area.....so keep it slow. Debbie provided great directions, check-in and out was simple. We are looking forward to a annual Jeeping pilgrimage to Moab and will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you Debbie!"
