"Two families stayed in this condo for a ski trip. The location is great - a very short stroll to the Silver Lake area. Kids aged 6-14 walked over easily in their ski boots! The upstairs loft was great for the kids. This condo has everything you need. We found that it was reasonably priced for this market. I would highly recommend this condo."

"We have stayed at this location at least once a year with our family for 5 years now. We love St. George for the biking and hiking and found this condo to be the perfect fit for our family! It's clean, well-kept, feels very homey. We've noticed each year that there are upgrades and updates. The access to the pools and hot tubs is the best in Green Valley and we enjoy the grass space and playground out the back door. I have enjoyed working with the owner, Richard. He seems to take great interest in making our stay convenient and enjoyable. There are some nice extras for families, i.e. a highchair, pack and play crib, and extra stroller. My favorite part is that I can get on my mountain bike at the front door and be on the Green Valley trails in 5 minutes! We can't wait to vacation there again!"

"My family and I were in Utah for a Sept race and required a spot that was convenient, comfortable and very clean (we are picky for the record). The owners were very prompt in acknowledging our request and ensuring we had all the information necessary for a great stay. This immaculate house had it all! Even though we were steps from Main street, the cool factor of the house caused us to take full advantage without going any where! The pool and theater rooms were a huge hit. One of our highlights came on the last morning. As we were packing to leave, we heard something outside of the garage and there before us was a mother and baby moose walking up the drive! If the owners released the moose for the effect, it worked, we will most certainly be back in Winter:) This home definitely will not disappoint. Thank you Bo."

"Stayed here for 6 nights in late October w/ kids on fall break. It's clean, warm (the wall heaters in each room=super efficient), modern and has all the kitchen essentials! Amanda was very communicative prior to and during our stay, even dropping off paper towels our first morning :) We visited both Bryce and Zion, as well as fishing at two local ponds/creeks, both w/in ~5 miles. We also hit a couple of 'rock stores' (way back from Zion) - really cool stuff - every mineral and semi-precious stone you could ever see! It's beautiful in DCV, but def remote! Be sure to get all your groceries in Cedar City (~35 miles away--down the hill) we went twice. The local gas station came in handy if we needed milk, eggs, drinks or snacks, but that's about it. We ate at the cafe across the highway 2x (A-frame yellow place, name?), friendly and tasty, and at Mark's burrito stand too (down the dirt road past True value) - also friendly and enormous portions! A few places appear to close down in October due to lack of residents/vacationers. All in all, a great vacay! I have only two minor suggestions; first, a slightly larger TV ~32in or so?) would be great! -the current seems small.. 25" 23" ? hard to see from the couch. Secondly, we did have some noisy neighbors the first couple nights - unit 2, next door - they weren't outrageous, but we went to bed at 10p and could hear them laughing loudly thru the walls for a good hour or so. Temporary nuisance. Kids enjoyed collecting firewood and built a teepee on the upper lot. Anyway, book it, you'll enjoy it - gorgeous country!"
