"We wanted a cabin close to Zion for the long weekend and found this nice secluded property about 40 mins away from Zion Visitor Center.
- Clean and cosy cabin.
- Accommodates 7 easily.
- The kitchen is well stocked with all the required utensils and crockery.
- TV with cable for relaxing after a tiring day.
- The deck with BBQ was just perfect for our group to enjoy a nice evening.
- Ample parking.
Ben was an excellent host. We couldn't recommend him enough. His communication was effective right from the time we booked the place, till we checked out. We were running late on our last day and he was very accommodative to let us leave our luggage and checkout a little late in the afternoon instead of 11 am.
I would recommend this for groups including families with kids. Go book it !"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
It was a very clean and comfortable rental. Free WIFI, with no access codes, made it very convenient. Renters will need to remember there is only 1 main TV, and non in the bedrooms. The alarm clocks in the bedrooms are clocks only, and do not have a radio function so renters should remember to bring a radio if they want to listen to music at night. The beds were comfortable (two queens, 1 King). The unit was just across from the swimming pool, making in convenient (we did not use the pool). The availability of the one-car garage was also very nice. Overall, a great experience for the three of us."

"The Chateau is undoubtedly an Oasis! Its tucked away but in a location that is accessible to all of the major mountains. The great room is enormous and great for relaxing after an intense day on the slopes. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glassware etc. The wine bar/island is a great place to catch up and unwind with friends. Jeremy and Steve were kind enough to have a beautiful bottle of red waiting for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property for friends and family. Thank you Jeremy and Steve. We look forward to staying with you next year!"

"I would have rated this place 5 stars (my husband wasn't as taken with it as I was). It has a fantastic location, just down the street from the local theater, a beautiful playground, several great restaurants. (everything is more expensive. I would bring anything you need) The house faces the beach. You do have to walk through the wetlands a bit to get to the beach. The beach was sandy, and not crowded (we had it to ourselves for pretty much the whole week)
The house is very dog friendly. There is a hose out front, and then the garage opens into a fenced backyard where they can dry off.
the firepit overlooking the water is perfect. My MIL actually took a nap on the lawn it is so peaceful.
They have provided everything, from crock pot, to spices, to family board games. the 3rd bathroom makes this house very comfortable for larger groups. the fans in each room made the nights comfortable too. We had 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs and everyone had the space we needed.
The owner was very available when I emailed with questions, both before and during our stay.
My husband had a few small issues that didn't bother me. The screen door sticks, one of the cabinets was loose, the house is carpeted (which is tricky to keep clean for a beach house and kids), the drains are slow (we bought a bottle of drano and it helped). The bunk beds are fabulous for kids, but have some slats broken and didn't look sturdy enough for adults.
We will definitely be staying here again. it was exactly what we needed."
