"Great location for mountain bikers. Last quality location on the north side of town right off the Colorado River. I have been to Moab five times and have stayed all over the place. This was by far the best location as we could leave our cars in the double car garage and ride to most rides. Even the ones we shuttled ended near by. Porcupine Rim, Portal Trail, Captain Ahab, Moab Rim, Brand Trails, Sovereign, Navajo Rocks and Mag 7 to Gemini Bridges all spit out within riding distance of Moab Springs Ranch.
We didn't turn the TV on once this trip as the outdoor area of the ranch was so good that we didn't seem to spend any real time indoors. Hammocks, pool and hot tub kept the teens busy as did the wifi. The outdoor BBQ and picnic tables made eating in quick, clean and easy. The kitchen was so well stocked that we never ate dinner out. Beds and pillows were great and the indoor living area was very spacious and comfortable. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were top notch. We could have easily had a few more bodies without feeling crowded.
The owner refunded our damage deposit quickly and even helped with having mail sent to the house. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back soon. It felt like someone's home and not a rental house full of mismatched leftovers."

"Unfortunately, this year was a terrible year for the snow. We stayed here as it was ski in ski out, but given the conditions there was nothing ski in/ski out. In saying this we made the best of the situation. The accommodation was great given the price. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and because the place was so family friendly they always found other kids to play with in the pool. As we could not ski in ski out, it was great to have the valet service available to bring your skis to the snow. My only general comment is that Park City/Canyons is expensive. We have travelled overseas to several ski resorts between the USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia and Park City/Canyons was by far the most expensive mainly in terms of lessons for the children - it was $225 a day for lesson which didn't even include ski rental or a lift ticket. Luckily, our kids were good enough skiers that they could ski with us, but it is just a shame it is not more affordable. Overall, we enjoyed the 5 days of skiing - our preference was Canyons, but next year it won't matter as they will be connected. The accommodation was clean and although a bit cosy for 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 10 we were able to manage just fine. I would highly recommend this place."

"Two families shared this great home! The pictures don't do it justice, the home is lovely, clean and well maintained and stocked for easy and convenient use. The best part is that every room has their own bathroom! Great extras like the remote controlled gas fireplace that really adds to the ambiance of the ski lodge atmosphere and each bedroom has its own thermostat! That is particularly nice.
It is perfectly located in the heart of The Canyons Resort. Easy access to the Cabriolet Lifts (where the parking is free), but once we walked to it and it was very doable. The Cabriolet takes you to within steps of The Red Pine Gondola and other lifts to get you on the slopes in no time. It is yards away from the clubhouse where there is a heated pool, sauna, hot tub, etc.
The owner is responsive and easy to work with. Definitely would stay again. Loved The Canyons and Park City area. Free Park City shuttle is nice. Grocery stores and restaurants very close. Really convenient and easy place to vacation. So close to Salt Lake City airport too."
