"Accommodations were excellent. John was very helpful with questions and local recommendations. Super clean and furnishings were all in top order. I was very impressed with the service and staff at Westgate. I can't say enough about the high level of hospitality and service. The ski concierge was awesome and super convienent. Westgate's private shuttle service was timely and readily available. Our kids 7 & 9 had a blast in the pools and Game Center. I'd highly recommend this unit."

"Unfortunately, this year was a terrible year for the snow. We stayed here as it was ski in ski out, but given the conditions there was nothing ski in/ski out. In saying this we made the best of the situation. The accommodation was great given the price. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and because the place was so family friendly they always found other kids to play with in the pool. As we could not ski in ski out, it was great to have the valet service available to bring your skis to the snow. My only general comment is that Park City/Canyons is expensive. We have travelled overseas to several ski resorts between the USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia and Park City/Canyons was by far the most expensive mainly in terms of lessons for the children - it was $225 a day for lesson which didn't even include ski rental or a lift ticket. Luckily, our kids were good enough skiers that they could ski with us, but it is just a shame it is not more affordable. Overall, we enjoyed the 5 days of skiing - our preference was Canyons, but next year it won't matter as they will be connected. The accommodation was clean and although a bit cosy for 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 10 we were able to manage just fine. I would highly recommend this place."

"This truly is a Presidential Suite and it far exceeded our expectations. We were 2 couples with 4 teenagers and it was perfect. The secondary bedrooms with kitchenettes were so nice that the couples actually took these and let the teenagers have the 2 Master suites. Every room is very nicely furnished. I'm very particular about mattresses and bedding - after all, that is one of the main reasons you need a room - and I was thoroghly impressed. There were plenty of nice pillows and bedding for all. We slept very well!
The only negative for us is that you do a whole lot of walking to get anywhere in the resort. The layout of the hotel is very confusing and you have to take multiple elevators to get almost anywhere. The ski valet is very nice and they will take your skis out to the gondola for you. However, you still have to walk a lot in your ski boots to get there. The storage lockers for your ski boots is on a different floor than the ski concierge, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Overall, it is very nice but I've definitely been spoiled by better ski in/ski out places.
The view from the balcony of the Suite is simply amazing. We sat in the hot tub with a glass of wine every afternoon after skiing - Definitely one of my favorite parts."

"My family just completed our first trip out to Park City, and stayed in this luxury condo. The condo unit, building, and amenities exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean and stocked with cleaning supplies, minimal tolietries, light coffee supplies and ample kitchen appointments. The bldg. is right at the bottom of the gondola, and the Westgate staff bring your skis to the lift for you. Westgate provides free shuttle service all around town, and even has a grocery and wine store in the bottom of the building. You really don't even need a car if you stay at Westgate.
However, the personal kindness of Maria Johnson is what really stands out as exceptional. My entire family became ill during our vacation and we needed clean linens and towels. Although White Pines is under no obligation to provide housekeeping unless previously arranged, Maria came out personally and brought us a whole set of fresh linens/towels, along with ginger ale for my ill son. I was so grateful to her, and was taken back by her personal visit and care.
I recommend this rental property to anyone who wants a first class luxury ski vacation at an unbelievably competitive price....along with a property managment team which will go the extra mile to make your stay the best! Many thanks to Maria for her personal kindness and superior customer service."
