"Our family of 12 met at this stunning home to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday. Although we researched the other homes available in the area, this one drew us with its beautiful property and gorgeous yet comfortable decor. One of our foremost priorities was the number of bedrooms available, and this home did not disappoint. With 7 bedrooms, we had sufficient space for each person / couple to have their own room. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the ping pong table, as well as the pool table, theatre room, and even the piano. In fact, the ping pong was the best feature to entertain the kids once the sun went down. Having a hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of a day filled with corn mazes and pumpkin patches. Our Concierge Francis and Property Manager Dave were always responsive, provided exceptional service, and were a great resource for information on things to do in the area. The kids loved that they could get to the 2nd floor via an elevator! Lastly, we hired local chef Greg Neville (through Julie Paine Events) and enjoyed homemade breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. Chef Greg is an exceptional chef who showcased local foods in every meal. From vegetables picked fresh that day, to meats he hand selected from his friends farms, to the desserts filled with ripe berries - we loved every meal and ate more than we ever thought possible! Not only was Chef Greg a true talent, he has a charming personality and comfortably prepared the meals in the home while we all talked and played boardgames. Having him handle the meals, allowed us to spend our time with the family versus heading out to the market for various items. On a side note, Chef Greg's wife - Julie came to assist in a few meals. She is a lovely person, filled with warmth and a gracious smile who obviously knows her way around a kitchen. Her German Chocolate Cake was one of the best we have ever had. Our thanks to Utopia's professional yet exceedingly guest service orientated team - you made this a trip we will all remember for a lifetime!"

"Our large family which included 3 generations loved staying in this beautiful ski home. The views from the back of the home were awesome. We loved spending all day skiing and returning home to the hot tub to relax afterwards. The ski access was great because the run the house is located on is a blue run so all of our family members were able to ski out and back to the home without any problem. My wife loved the kitchen which was totally stocked with all of the spices, coffee and cooking utensils we needed. The home had everything we needed and was meticulously maintained. The owners were a joy to work with and accommodated all of our wishes. I would return to this home and highly recommend it for any vacation."

"My husband and I wanted to take our family on a trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and what better place than a summer hiking trip in the beautiful White Pine Canyons?! We've been to the Canyons once before in the winter, but this time instead of staying in the resort we wanted to rent out one of the houses on the mountain so that we could have better access to the trails. When we arrived to the house I was absolutely star struck. Not only was the house directly on the mountain overlooking the slopes, but it was equipped with everything you could possible dream of for an ideal vacation! I love the exposed wood all over the house (the housekeepers told us the house was built almost entirely of recycled wood, which is wonderful because I love giving my business to people who are environmentally conscious). The four upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our four older ones and the three kids loved the bunk room. Especially since it was right next to the game room and downstairs movie theater (perfect to get them out of our hair so we could spend some time alone in the gorgeous master suite). I'm glad we brought our swimsuits too because the hot tub in the back was perfect for winding down after our hikes. I also noticed that there are ski lifts right behind the house, which is probably great in the winter time! I would definitely consider bringing the kids back for a ski trip!! Overall, I am very impressed."
