  • Great ski location

"I stayed here with a group of friends for a five day ski trip. The home is beautifully appointed with a gourmet kitchen and a large great room with fireplace off the kitchen. Upstairs there is a game area with a pool table and card table. Outside the great room is a deck with a large hot tub for after ski relaxing. Downstairs is a complete home theater and wet bar with a projector and movie screen for watching TV or movies. The location is close to the village for easy access to shops and restaurants, yet on a quiet street with other private homes. The ski in and out is very easy. You can go out the back door and it’s a short ski down to the base of the Sunrise lift with easy access from there to the Gondola or the Orange bubble chair to the top part of the mountain. On the way back you can ski right to the back door following the Timbers signs from the top of the Sunrise chair. No need for any hiking or walking uphill. With walking distance to the Village and the ski in and out there is no need for a car during your visit. If you do rent a car, there is a large garage and there was prompt snow removal while we were there. A wonderful location with almost anything you could want for an enjoyable ski trip."

  • Great Home near Park City

"Large well maintained house, great for large families, families traveling together or medium size groups. Location is close to Park City, not walking distance, so you need a car. Booking agent for owner very helpful. You can ski in and ski out...a huge plus. VRBO property discription and photos are spot on. Just a great home."

  • Great for extended family!

"Our extended family of 12 (ranging in age from 3 months to 68) spent 3 nights in this gracious property while we were in town for a wedding. There were several other wedding attendees staying in the Bear Hollow complex, which was very convenient for getting together. The en-suite bedroom/bathroom setup is extremely nice. The kitchen, living room and outdoor entertaining areas worked very well for our large group. Beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were quiet. The furnishings are high quality and very tasteful. There are a lot of stairs in the house, which was not a problem for our group; but anyone with stair issues should be advised. The Bear Hollow community pool/exercise complex is very nice, and is a great place to hang out. Though we did not use it, the shuttle to downtown and other areas is just a couple hundred yards away from the house. Groceries are nearby, with Smiths, Walmart, Whole Foods an easy five minute drive, as well as several restaurants. Pizzas from Maxwell's were outstanding, as was our rehearsal dinner in downtown PC at 501 Main. Downtown PC is a wonderful ski/resort town, with many fabulous shops and restaurants. Just a couple of negatives regarding the home; but not serious enough to lower our overall rating. These are not really complaints, but are suggestions for the owner to address: the coffee maker leaked, and definitely needs to be replaced; we couldn't locate any dish towels in the kitchen, nor were there any kitchen trash bags; the large recycling containers in the garage were completely full on our arrival, and the next pickup day was after our departure, so we had nowhere convenient to stash the large amount of recyclable trash that we generated; the cleaning details on our arrival left a bit to be desired, but we did check in a bit early, so perhaps the cleaning crew was rushed. All in all, an extremely nice property; highly recommended!!!"
