Recent Summit Park reviews

  • Perfect for us!

"A month in a log cabin has been a bucket list item for my husband and me for over 20 years. Recently retired, we said, "Why not now?" We wanted easy access to great skiing, room to invited family and friends to join us, and a place with authentic charm. The cabin is located 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport and about 20 minutes from Park City. On our first trip up the Summit I was a bit daunted by the curvy road with no guard rails, but our car sailed right up--no problem. The owners had told us we needed four wheel drive. They aren't kidding. When we opened the door and stepped inside we were so pleased. The cabin is loaded with charm and personality. The kitchen was well equipped. We did a lot of cooking because we really enjoyed the ambience--wood burning fire, rustic furniture, and the quirky, red refrigerator. When we went decided to go out, Park City provided excellent restaurants. The Redstone Shopping center is much closer. We enjoyed two dinners there at Ghidotti's. (Sign up for Bill White restaurants. I think this is the only coupon I have ever used in my life. We heard other diners discussing it. Two for one dinners offered randomly.) The owners are helpful and friendly. Our month flew by. We would definitely recommend our bucket list cabin."

  • Park City Chateau

"The Chateau is undoubtedly an Oasis! Its tucked away but in a location that is accessible to all of the major mountains. The great room is enormous and great for relaxing after an intense day on the slopes. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glassware etc. The wine bar/island is a great place to catch up and unwind with friends. Jeremy and Steve were kind enough to have a beautiful bottle of red waiting for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property for friends and family. Thank you Jeremy and Steve. We look forward to staying with you next year!"

  • Family event

"The house and furnishings were great, and the owner was very accommodating regarding our requests for a family/friends get together. We were not there for any winter activities, which was good, as it was warm for mid-February. We plan to rent this house again in the near future."

  • A summer getaway

"A place for hiking, relaxing by the fireplaces, or soaking in the hot tubs. For those who will cook, a beautiful kitchen. Bedrooms and beds that are welcoming and restful. Living & dining areas and decks that are great for groups. This home feels like a resort in and of itself, it is gorgeous! Spacious enough for those who want to socialize and have fun and for those who want some quiet time. The home and furniture are of impeccable taste and scrupulously clean. Park City - was very close and had a Sunday fair/market/music, also some great pubs and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for anything more. A wonderful place for a great time! The owner was very helpful in providing help and answering questions."
