  • Great location, lots of room

"Easy walk to PCMR and into town. Lots of places to sleep, plenty of space. Would be ideal for two families with kids, as each would have their own unit; also great for a big group as those wanting to sleep can get away while those staying up use the other unit. Owners are very easy to deal with and accommodating. Highly recommended!"

  • Perfect ski condo!

"Wow! What a perfect ski condo! Everything is even better than advertised. The walk to the lift is really short, shorter than some "ski-in/ski-out" condos we have stayed in. You can drive if you want to, but we found that the walk was nothing more than a little warm up in the morning and a cool down in the afternoon. The condo is wonderfully equipped. Jane thought of everything. Not only is there plenty of everything--dishes, plastic ware, glass ware--there are spices, tea, paper goods, and TREATS! Plus there are great games and books for evening fun. But don't forget to stop and enjoy the décor. This home is attractively and comfortably decorated. Interesting artwork, great furniture after an active day, and easy-to-operate TV and fireplace. The loft bedroom is precious. I felt like I was sleeping in a tree house! The patio and grill were clean and ready to use. This home also affords an expansive view which we enjoyed while supper was on the grill. Few ski condos this size have washers and dryers, but this one does! A washer and dryer are "must-haves" for me. It is so nice to be able to get our gear ready for the next day and to have warm, dry gloves in the morning. After a long day of skiing, my husband and I really look forward to an outdoor hot tub. There is nothing like that "aahhhh" feeling of stepping into that warm water with exhausted muscles. Three Kings, hands down, has the best hot tub/pool area. There is a fabulous great room with a fireplace and kitchen, men's and women's dressing rooms, saunas, a hot tub that accommodates 20 people, and a huge heated pool. And all of this is a very short stroll (a minute or two) from the condo. Even though we booked a late-season ski trip, the snow was great. We were thrilled to see lots of fresh powder in late March. Park City always has great snow. Jane was the easiest homeowner I have ever had the opportunity to work with. When a family circumstance required us to alter our travel plans, she moved heaven and earth to make sure we could still have a wonderful ski trip. The information she keeps in the condo addresses every need a traveler could have; she makes this home feel more like a bed and breakfast. I hope that we are able to stay here again; it was absolutely perfect for us."

  • Unbeatable location, price and service. Highly Recommended.

"I had the pleasure of staying at the condo September 2014 while on a trip to visit family and friends. With many options to choose, I settled on this property and I couldn't be happier. Greg was exceptional, by far the easiest person to communicate with and the property manager was always available for questions/concerns. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Main Street with restaurants, nightclubs and sightseeing just outside the door. I've stayed in Park City for the past 10 years multiple times a year, and this is my favorite now. Plenty of room and everything you need is inside the condo like you never left home. I highly recommend it!"

  • Great week-end

"Spent a long week-end of Spring Skiing. As noted in previous commentaries, the place is within walking distance of PC lifts (Eagle, First Time) or a quick (free) bus ride to the base - Bus Stop (free service and popular for intra town transit) is located in front of the complex and is convenient for quick hops downtown (<1.0 mile). Super market, liquor store and Starbucks across the street. Only draw back at time of stay: Only one cooking pan - otherwise well equipped."
