"Great location within a few blocks of the PCMR base and Main Street Park City. Responsive and helpful management. House was in great condition. Loved having as many bathrooms as bedrooms. Great house for a group. It worked well for our group size to rent 2 houses next door to each other (management owns several different size houses on the same block). Had plenty of wood for the fireplace on site.
Wished the hot tub and the grill were each a little larger, but loved having both on site. 10am check-out is on the early side, but management was flexible when we asked. Would recommend and would stay again!"

"PERFECT Location, it was my first time boarding in UT and couldn't have found a better spot to stay. 25 min drive from the airport to the house and a 4 min walk to the base of the mountain made this trip amazing on day one. The owner of the home made everything so easy, from access to the house, a locker at the resort, location directly across the street from Park City mountain resort, and a perfectly warmed up hot tub. Fresh towels and a very clean home sealed the deal on my return trip that I have already planned out for late in the 2015 season. If you stumble upon this listing, jump on it, especially if you are in a group. Easy access to the city and the slopes makes it easy for any size group to do there own thing and meet up at a central location. I would recomend this rental to anyone looking to visit Park City."

"Our stay was wonderful. The house accommodated our family of seven adults and three kids comfortably. One more bed would have been useful but we used a fold away mat for our 4 year old. It is quite close to the slopes so very convenient. Also easy to get to downtown either by bus or walking. We had a few issues starting with being given the wrong code for the garage. The humidifiers did not work but a call rectified that. The kitchen supplies could use an upgrade from dishes to knives to mugs and we were surprised to find nary a basic in the pantry (we left some). All these issues are in the minor category. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Next time we would to try to rent the five bedroom given our numbers."

"This property is situated on a dead-end street from which you can walk off onto trails (or off trails) into the mountains or traverse the side of the slope to High West distillery. While I've not rented the house during prime ski seasons, off season rental mostly, the house is in my mind ideally situated in Park City; easy access via car or by walking to Main Street via stairs or roads, a wonderful private backyard with aspen trees and a hot tub, nice floor plan for a steep hill property, and very comfortable living and social areas. Property aside, the owner and site manager are easy to work with which is very important; whatever you do do not go to the cheapest nor do you need the most expensive -- look at the reviews and pay attention to what is said and not said b/c when you need help, assistance, things go wrong with your travels, etc. you want to know you can work it out without contention and professionally -- this team delivers on this. In the end, I highly recommend this house."
