  • Great Place to stay in Park City

"We just got back from an awesome Park City vacation, and this place was perfect home for the 7 of us. I'm not sure what the place looked like before but the remodel is great - excellent layout and tastefully decorated. It was one of those spaces that allows for intimate dinners while the separate living room and bedrooms with the multiple TVs made sure that no one ever felt crowded. We walked to and from Main Street, which definitely keeps you fit, but it was so great not to have to drive and try to park in town. The place was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and we appreciated the containers of ice melt outside each door and at the foot of the stairs because the temperature would rise during the day then drop in the evenings causing the day's melt to refreeze on the walkways. Even the hot tub was perfect. The host literally thought of everything we could possibly think of and the things we didn't. If we come back to Park City we'd love to book it again -- if it's available.."

  • Great location, lots of room

"Easy walk to PCMR and into town. Lots of places to sleep, plenty of space. Would be ideal for two families with kids, as each would have their own unit; also great for a big group as those wanting to sleep can get away while those staying up use the other unit. Owners are very easy to deal with and accommodating. Highly recommended!"

  • Understated refinement on the slopes of Park City

"This property is situated on a dead-end street from which you can walk off onto trails (or off trails) into the mountains or traverse the side of the slope to High West distillery. While I've not rented the house during prime ski seasons, off season rental mostly, the house is in my mind ideally situated in Park City; easy access via car or by walking to Main Street via stairs or roads, a wonderful private backyard with aspen trees and a hot tub, nice floor plan for a steep hill property, and very comfortable living and social areas. Property aside, the owner and site manager are easy to work with which is very important; whatever you do do not go to the cheapest nor do you need the most expensive -- look at the reviews and pay attention to what is said and not said b/c when you need help, assistance, things go wrong with your travels, etc. you want to know you can work it out without contention and professionally -- this team delivers on this. In the end, I highly recommend this house."

  • Favorite Rental in Park City

"This is our fourth trip to Park City, and we were very anxious upon our arrival. We have come to learn many of the homes in Park City are small, because they were built during the mining era for the miner's family where closets have been converted to bedrooms. Upon our arrival, we were immediately surprised to discover the house is walkable to Main Street in Old Town. When we opened the door, it was spotless and had racks and benches for our gear. As you continue into the heart of the house, it opens into a grand size room of about 1,000 sq. ft with the kitchen, dining area and great room sharing the open space. There were three master bedrooms, and two were like suites the size of a two car garage with chairs and a sofa. The other two rooms were roomy and tidy as a four star hotel and decorated with nice furnishings. There was a sixth bedroom with twin beds near our master, and it worked nice to be so near my three year old. The kitchen is well equipped.. I wish I had this kitchen for our family during Thanksgiving. Six of us used the hot tub, and it sits on the back deck and is private. The owners were very helpful and always responded promptly to our E-mails. Great find!"
