  • Location! Location! Location!

"I stayed with my wife and another couple for a week of skiing in Park City. The location of the unit is perfect, just below quitin time trail of PCMR and about a block from the center of main street. It was so nice to ski in and ski out to the town lift, though getting used to walking up those stairs from town proved to be quite a cardio workout in the high altitude if your not used to it. Regardless, it was an optimal location in my opinion. The unit is located downstairs in a condo like setup, with multiple units, just off of a common space which has a hot tub and free laundry, which came in very useful. The unit itself has a hot tub outside on their privates deck/patio. Unfortunately, the private hot tub was not working at the time of our stay but the common space hot tub proved to be useful enough. The owners did compensate our group for the non use of the private hot tub which was very nice considering I did not even ask for it. The units space itself is clean, very function able for 4 people, any more would be a little tight. There is limited space in the second bedroom with no closet or bureau to unpack your belongings. This second bedroom has no windows and could be considered dark/basement like but the amount of time spent in a bedroom is limited and personally I like the dark, quiet space for sleeping. The main bedroom is bright and plenty of space, a big closet for storage and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen has all the basic supplies you need to make it for a week. We mostly had breakfast there and went out for lunches/dinners but a full meal could easily be prepared there. The living room is spacious enough and the gas fire place makes it real cozy after a long day on the slopes. All rooms have satellite tv which is nice too. Overall, I think its great for two couples or a family of 3 or 4. I would definitely rent this unit again when we come back to beautiful Park City which again in my opinion is one of the best ski towns in America with 3 world class resorts and a great free transit system to move around, no need for a car. Being 45 minutes from the airport, Park City is truly a great area to visit and tempting to stay forever! Thanks again to the great owners of this unit for helping me surprise my wife for her 40th Birthday with flowers/cake/balloons put in our unit while we skied for the day. My wife was overjoyed and I am thankful they could do that nice gesture."

  • Beautiful Summer in Park City

"I visited Park City with a friend of mine this summer mainly for mountain biking. The weather was great and the people in town were welcoming. The location of the condo was superb, it's close to several bus stops (the bus is free!) and we easily rode our bikes to Park City Mountain. The farmers market on Sunday was a short walk up to Main street, great local produce and crafts. There was a celebration over labor day, which they called "Miner's Day", and the parade route was directly in front of the condo! I've only been to Park City during the winter prior to this, but now I'll be visiting here every summer. Great location, clean condo, very affordable. Thank you!"

  • Good location, could do with some small improvements

"The apartment was perfectly adequate for 6 people but it would be tight with 8. There are only 4 chairs around the kitchen table. The apartment could use some visitor amenities, like maps, bus schedules, literature about the area, maybe a few board games or a deck of cards. The walls are also pretty thin and the noise from neighboring units is loud, especially if kids are running around. Having said that, the unit is a great location, and an easy walk to downtown and grocery stores. It is nicely furnished, clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is adequate parking. The owner was very responsive to our needs when we had a few minor problems."

  • A great family condo

"Our family all met in Park City Utah for a family reunion/ski vacation. Seven of us stayed in this condo and it met all of our needs. The best thing about it was it's location (a 10 minute walk to Park City Resorts ski lift)and 4 full baths. The owners were very attentive with everything we needed including providing a brand new television for the family room, a blender and 2 new blow dryers. We were able to walk into town, drive 5 miles to tour Deer Valley and get to and from the airport in just over 30 minutes!"

Park Avenue Travel Tips

Park Avenue Condos Offer Luxury Vacation in Park City

You can plan a great vacation in Park City, Utah if you know a bit about the area. Park City is home to the Sundance Film Festival and great for outdoor activities. It is important to know that Park City lodging is available during all times of the year, not just the winter. As you plan your trip and weigh your options, you willl find that Park Avenue condos are great alternatives to other resorts in the area because they allow you the freedom to plan your own vacation.

About Park Avenue Condos

If you are looking for a luxury vacation at a reasonable price, Park Avenue ski lodging is probably ideal for you. Conveniently located just two blocks from the ski area, Park Avenue condos provide all the amenities you would expect from much more expensive Park City lodging options. Most units are equipped with a full kitchen, television, VCR/DVD player, and fireplaces. Additionally, there are on-site laundry facilities, an outdoor hot tub and pool, and a shuttle route.

About the Area and Park City Lodging

As you plan your Utah vacation, you may want to learn a little bit about the city you will be visiting. Of course, you do not have to become an expert but it always helps when choosing Park City lodging. The city itself is tucked on the back (eastern side) of the Wasatch Mountains which is part of the Rocky Mountain Range. This means that from almost all of the Park Avenue condos, you will get a breathtaking view. The mountains not only offer a great backdrop but excellent skiing and winter activities in the winter and excellent hiking and camping in the summer months.

Park Avenue Ski Lodging Is an Ideal Choice

Whether you are coming to Park City in the winter to ski and snowboard, in the summer to hike and camp, or to stargaze and attend the world-famous Sundance Film Festival, Park Avenue ski lodging should be at the top of your list of accommodation choices. Allowing you the opportunity to stay in an accommodation that is similar to your own home (or better), you will have the freedom to make your own itinerary without worrying about hotel rules and regulations.
