"Enjoyed this condo. It's nicely furnished and well located right inside the village and the last unit on 2nd floor. You do have a view of the hill from the kitchen window and on the balconies, but the unit is directly opposite another building, so no privacy from bedroom or LR windows or balconies.
We were there off season, so it was extremely quiet. Comfortable bed"

"My family and I stay here for only 2 nights, wish it was more. Its in a great location with lots to do around
there. The condo was clean, the owner Howard was great to work with and very responsive to any questions
that I had. Would stay there again if we are every able to return."

"This condo is very well equipped and has the latest design updates. It is a bit small in the living room and kitchen, but there were very few times we were all there at the same time; so it wasn't an issue. The view is awesome. It can be a bit noisy in the mornings when workers are clearing snow and the groomers are running. Very convenient to everything such as dining, buses, base area, ice skating, etc. We love Park City and I will definitely be looking for this unit next time we come."

"I brought my son for his first snowboarding experience outside of Michigan. It made for a perfect vacation! The owners were great to work with and their response time on answering questions was amazing. And the gift basket upon arrival was a very nice touch.
Initially, I was nervous about not having a vehicle, but, you're literally just a short walk to everything - no vehicle needed - It's all right there.
The Payday or Crescent chair lifts, the shops and restaurants on the plaza, heated pool and hot tub (which was used every night), and even the free transit service to Park City.
The whole concept of skiing on/off by being right there on the slope was fantastic and actually made it more relaxing. We weren't on any sort of schedule because of needing to drive to the slopes. We snowboarded as long or as little as we felt because we knew we could go right back out there whenever we wanted.
All the other reviews are spot on!
About the only additional information I can add, which has nothing to do with the room or resort, but may help other in their decisions is the taxiing to/from the airport. We used the first taxi the airport called for us; we didn't have any discussion outside of just needing a taxi. Unfortunately, the first taxi that came was a more deluxe luxury SUV. So, it was $150 to the resort. During the vacation I jotted down a phone number of a more traditional taxi service and the way back to the airport was $100. You can get it for even less, around the $85 range, but more waiting and ride sharing/shuttling may be involved.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the memories of snowboarding with my son are priceless!"
