  • Perfect for the Price

"My son and I spent four nights and we could not have asked for anything better. The price was excellent given that we were steps away from the PCMR base and ski school. After a long day of skiing, the short walk back to the room and the hot tub down the hall made the stay that much better. Being at the base area, there were plenty of places to eat, rent ski, and do other things; in fact, we only had to use our car to get to and from the airport and to go tubing one night. The owner was great to work with and the gift basket in the room upon arrival was very nice for two weary travelers."

  • Can't beat the location

"My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids aged 13, 10, 8) stayed here on our ski trip. The condo is close to everything and steps from Park City tickets and slopes. Holly, the owner, is so accommodating and was able to obtain discount lift tickets and give excellent dining recommendations. The condo was great with comfortable beds and very clean. The master is fantastic. My kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft area. Each had his/her own bed. The living area is comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub just down the hall and the indoor/outdoor pool as well. The condo is right by the bus for Main Street and we took it to Deer Valley as well. We hope to come back soon!"

  • Clean Comfortable Great Location!

"You can't beat this place for price and location! It is steps away from ski rentals, restaurants, and the town shuttle and located at the base of the ski area. It has a nice kitchen with everything you will need. A pull down murphy bed and a very comfortable pull out sleeper sofa. A flat screen with DVD, wireless internet, and a gas fireplace. There is a hot tub just down the hall and a washer dryer one floor up. Even little things like soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent were well stocked. And I really appreciated the welcoming bottle of wine! I highly recommend!"

  • Convenient and Comfortable!

"This condo comes exactly as advertised. It is an easy walk to the lifts (even with all of your gear). You stay right in the heart of Park City Mountain Resort and are just steps from several restaurants, the ice rink, the pool and hot tubs, a mountain coaster and rental shops. The free bus system stops right outside of your door and will take you quickly to just about any destination in the city or the surrounding ski resorts. I was able to get to the Fresh Market, do all of our shopping and get back to the condo in less than 30 minutes! There is even a small convenience store in the complex if you only need a few quick items. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom on the main floor and our three children shared the loft. With three full bathrooms, there was never a line for the shower and we all had plenty of space. Alex and Corky have furnished the condo with the most comfortable beds, linens and furniture. It was the best rest on a vacation that I have had in years. Be sure to set an alarm clock or you will certainly miss first tracks! All the amenities of home yet set on the doorsteps of the Greatest Snow on Earth! We will definitely be back~"
