"This condo is clean, comfy, and conveniently located. The condo is in great condition with everything updated and well-furnished. All the furniture is comfortable and the wood fireplace is wonderful. The condo is close to everything and has a great view. It's a great all-around place!"

"I brought my son for his first snowboarding experience outside of Michigan. It made for a perfect vacation! The owners were great to work with and their response time on answering questions was amazing. And the gift basket upon arrival was a very nice touch.
Initially, I was nervous about not having a vehicle, but, you're literally just a short walk to everything - no vehicle needed - It's all right there.
The Payday or Crescent chair lifts, the shops and restaurants on the plaza, heated pool and hot tub (which was used every night), and even the free transit service to Park City.
The whole concept of skiing on/off by being right there on the slope was fantastic and actually made it more relaxing. We weren't on any sort of schedule because of needing to drive to the slopes. We snowboarded as long or as little as we felt because we knew we could go right back out there whenever we wanted.
All the other reviews are spot on!
About the only additional information I can add, which has nothing to do with the room or resort, but may help other in their decisions is the taxiing to/from the airport. We used the first taxi the airport called for us; we didn't have any discussion outside of just needing a taxi. Unfortunately, the first taxi that came was a more deluxe luxury SUV. So, it was $150 to the resort. During the vacation I jotted down a phone number of a more traditional taxi service and the way back to the airport was $100. You can get it for even less, around the $85 range, but more waiting and ride sharing/shuttling may be involved.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the memories of snowboarding with my son are priceless!"

"Excellent place. Easy rental, owner pleasant and decent to work with. Nice unit with top of line features, kitchen, TV's, hot tub, etc. would definitely return. Have stayed in different units in Silver Star and this was the easiest owner to deal with and communicate."

"Wow! What a perfect ski condo! Everything is even better than advertised. The walk to the lift is really short, shorter than some "ski-in/ski-out" condos we have stayed in. You can drive if you want to, but we found that the walk was nothing more than a little warm up in the morning and a cool down in the afternoon.
The condo is wonderfully equipped. Jane thought of everything. Not only is there plenty of everything--dishes, plastic ware, glass ware--there are spices, tea, paper goods, and TREATS! Plus there are great games and books for evening fun.
But don't forget to stop and enjoy the décor. This home is attractively and comfortably decorated. Interesting artwork, great furniture after an active day, and easy-to-operate TV and fireplace. The loft bedroom is precious. I felt like I was sleeping in a tree house!
The patio and grill were clean and ready to use. This home also affords an expansive view which we enjoyed while supper was on the grill.
Few ski condos this size have washers and dryers, but this one does! A washer and dryer are "must-haves" for me. It is so nice to be able to get our gear ready for the next day and to have warm, dry gloves in the morning.
After a long day of skiing, my husband and I really look forward to an outdoor hot tub. There is nothing like that "aahhhh" feeling of stepping into that warm water with exhausted muscles. Three Kings, hands down, has the best hot tub/pool area. There is a fabulous great room with a fireplace and kitchen, men's and women's dressing rooms, saunas, a hot tub that accommodates 20 people, and a huge heated pool. And all of this is a very short stroll (a minute or two) from the condo.
Even though we booked a late-season ski trip, the snow was great. We were thrilled to see lots of fresh powder in late March. Park City always has great snow.
Jane was the easiest homeowner I have ever had the opportunity to work with. When a family circumstance required us to alter our travel plans, she moved heaven and earth to make sure we could still have a wonderful ski trip. The information she keeps in the condo addresses every need a traveler could have; she makes this home feel more like a bed and breakfast. I hope that we are able to stay here again; it was absolutely perfect for us."
