"We booked this condo for a spring ski trip. It was a great fit for our family. Our son said the pullout couch was the best he's ever slept on, and we've put him on more than a few! There is a bus stop literally across the street and the buses go from there directly to PCMR. We took the bus in the morning (uphill a bit to PCMR) and walked back in the afternoon (downhill), although we could have walked both ways too. We walked to downtown park city a few times and back. If you can, pick up the bike/walking path that runs along the city park and walk that to the top of main street. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Internet access was good and easy to access. The grocery store is walkable, about three blocks. Bring some reusable grocery bags with you to make the return grocery trip easier. We cooked in a few nights, relaxed in front of the TV and watched the activity on the mountain right from the condo patio. Tom was very responsive to our many questions with ideas for restaurants and transportation to and from the airport. Can't wait for our next trip."

"Great location for skiing. Our family of four with two boys of 22 and 18 loved it. This is as close to ski in ski our you can get without being right on the slopes. Wayne was wonderful to work with and was easy to get in touch with."

"We spent three nights here in July. Even without air conditioning, the condo was comfortable after a few hours of airing it out. We had a late night flight out, and the condo wasn't rented out for the next day. We were able to get a late evening checkout for additional rent a fair price. It was nice to have a place to relax and then shower before taking the red-eye home.
One other nice thing about renting here, is you have the option to save on cleaning fees. To us it was well worth it to save the fees and clean the apartment ourselves. It took less than 90 minutes to have the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc clean. For a three day rental, the fee would have been a large chunk of the rental.
The security deposit was higher than average, but we received it back in full with no problem. I figured that would be the case (unless we of course caused damage) or someone would definitely have given a bad review.
If we ever come to the area again, I'd stay here again."

"This condo is very cozy and arguably one of the most convenient locations to stay at in Park City, especially if you're looking for quick access to Park City Mountain Resort.
My wife and I stayed two nights over a weekend and enjoyed every minute of our stay. While the condo isn't spacious it's perfectly laid out to offer any comfort you would want for a vacation stay in Park City. The living room has a cozy fireplace to enjoy while you relax on a very comfortable sectional. In fact the sectional is large enough to sleep an adult and a child! Everytime I sat down on it I wanted to just kick back and watch a movie on the flat screen above the fireplace while letting the fire warm me up.
The kitchen has everything you would need to make meals; oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, stainless steel sink, granite countertops, and fully stocked cupboards. There's a small bar with barstools to sit at while enjoying a meal.
The bathroom wasn't large by any means but it offered a comfortably spacious shower and next to it a deep basin tub complete with jets. My wife and I definitely enjoyed that feature. It was a perfect place to relax.
To top it all off there is a set of bunk beds that two kids can sleep in. My wife and I have three boys and when we first walked into the condo we both wished our boys could have been there with us because they would have loved sleeping in those bunk beds.
There is also a decently sized patio complete with a brunch table and chairs. We didn't get to utilize it during our stay but it would be a very nice place to enjoy a morning breakfast or just enjoy the fresh air while sipping on some hot cocoa.
Other items that made our stay convenient was the underground parking, the elevator, and carts for carrying luggage to our room.
Overall we loved this condo and were amazed at how well the floorplan was laid out to offer so much in a smaller space. We would have had no problem staying there with our three boys and having a wonderful time. My only complaint was the hot tub and pool area. First of all they were closed for the Fall season and wouldn't reopen until the Winter season began. I also think the complex should add something to make the pool area more appealing. Maybe some lights strung over the area or some gas torches. It just looked neglected to me but it could have been because it was closed.
We've added the place to our favorites list and hope to make it back there very soon!"
