  • Understated refinement on the slopes of Park City

"This property is situated on a dead-end street from which you can walk off onto trails (or off trails) into the mountains or traverse the side of the slope to High West distillery. While I've not rented the house during prime ski seasons, off season rental mostly, the house is in my mind ideally situated in Park City; easy access via car or by walking to Main Street via stairs or roads, a wonderful private backyard with aspen trees and a hot tub, nice floor plan for a steep hill property, and very comfortable living and social areas. Property aside, the owner and site manager are easy to work with which is very important; whatever you do do not go to the cheapest nor do you need the most expensive -- look at the reviews and pay attention to what is said and not said b/c when you need help, assistance, things go wrong with your travels, etc. you want to know you can work it out without contention and professionally -- this team delivers on this. In the end, I highly recommend this house."

  • Perfect On/Off Sk Location At A Great Price!!

"I brought my son for his first snowboarding experience outside of Michigan. It made for a perfect vacation! The owners were great to work with and their response time on answering questions was amazing. And the gift basket upon arrival was a very nice touch. Initially, I was nervous about not having a vehicle, but, you're literally just a short walk to everything - no vehicle needed - It's all right there. The Payday or Crescent chair lifts, the shops and restaurants on the plaza, heated pool and hot tub (which was used every night), and even the free transit service to Park City. The whole concept of skiing on/off by being right there on the slope was fantastic and actually made it more relaxing. We weren't on any sort of schedule because of needing to drive to the slopes. We snowboarded as long or as little as we felt because we knew we could go right back out there whenever we wanted. All the other reviews are spot on! About the only additional information I can add, which has nothing to do with the room or resort, but may help other in their decisions is the taxiing to/from the airport. We used the first taxi the airport called for us; we didn't have any discussion outside of just needing a taxi. Unfortunately, the first taxi that came was a more deluxe luxury SUV. So, it was $150 to the resort. During the vacation I jotted down a phone number of a more traditional taxi service and the way back to the airport was $100. You can get it for even less, around the $85 range, but more waiting and ride sharing/shuttling may be involved. Overall it was a fantastic experience and the memories of snowboarding with my son are priceless!"

  • Very well located to town and ski slopes

"The condo is very well-located to main street, Deer Valley and Park City ski slopes and the shuttle is easy to take. The owner Patty is very nice and responds immediately to email. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not need a car as we took a van from the airport. There was nothing missing or forgotten. The space was enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The price was fair for an overpriced ski resort."

  • Home away from home

"We have stayed here for the last 10 years. Beautiful view of the mountains/ski slopes. Walking distance to local transportation. Across the street from grocery store, drug store, and a few restaurants. Pool table in condo."
