"We spent 5 nights at the house - we are two families each with 2 small kids. The setup couldn't have been any better. Both families had privacy but it was really easy to get up or down the stairs. We cooked half the time, the kitchens are very well appointed and had everything we needed. The rest of the time we went out to eat, and there are half a dozen great places less than 5 minutes walk. The location couldn't have been better. The hot tub was always hot and bubbling when we came off the slopes, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. All in all we loved it and would go back in a heartbeat."

"This condo is very well equipped and has the latest design updates. It is a bit small in the living room and kitchen, but there were very few times we were all there at the same time; so it wasn't an issue. The view is awesome. It can be a bit noisy in the mornings when workers are clearing snow and the groomers are running. Very convenient to everything such as dining, buses, base area, ice skating, etc. We love Park City and I will definitely be looking for this unit next time we come."

"My wife and I rented Rene's apartment in June to visit our son who is living in Park City for the summer. We are active, fit 50s who enjoy walking (both to explore and hiking). The apartment was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and spacious. The living / dining / kitchen area is very large, and met our every need - while we never had more than two guests for dinner, it could easily have coped with 6-8 for dinner. The kitchen has a well stocked pantry. There was always a space for our car in the underground garage, though in summer there is unlimited space available in the PCMR parking lot opposite.
The apartment is well-situated in town, no more than 15 minutes gentle walk away from Main Street, stores, restaurants etc. We dined-in a couple of nights, and for the other meals Rene's restaurant recommendations were valuable - we enjoyed Atticus for coffee, the Deli, Blind Dog (excellent, though pricey), Bangkok Thai on Main, Blue Iguana, and Windy Ridge for lunch.
There are abundant hiking and mountain biking resources at PCMR just steps away from the apartment, and it is only 5 mins walk away from two stores renting bikes. The stores (Jans and Coles) provide cycling and hiking guide maps for a $5 donation. We also enjoyed driving over Guardsman Pass and hiking off Big Cottonwood a couple of times (Butler Fork Loop is to die for).
All our interactions with Rene went very smoothly, she proactively provided all the information we needed, and she promptly processed the refund of security deposit after our stay. I would absolutely recommend friends to rent this apartment and think that it represents a great value. My only qualification to a wholehearted recommendation would be to recognize that it might present difficulties for travelers who struggle with a second-floor walk-up.
Thank you Rene - your apartment made a wonderful base for our vacation!"

"We just returned from Park City and had a wonderful vacation. This condo is in a great location and has all the luxuries of home. The owners were very easy to work with and provide everything you need. We hope to stay here again next ski season!"
