Ideal Location for Park City Vacation
"First time renting condo and experience couldn't have been better. We are a family of three that travel extensively and stay in hotels. We usually get one room for all of us or a suite, but it's always a bit crowded.
In this lovely two bedroom condo we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. No lines at a front desk or parking hassles to deal with. Just parked out front, used the lock box code at front door to get key and we were in. The condo was clean and all rooms were on the same floor. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped and all we needed was food. There is a 7-11 a couple of blocks from condo but also a Walmart and grocery store within short drive for provisions. We ate dinners in town which is also very nearby. We can highly recommend Chimayo and Ruth Chris. We came for skiing and had Park City Ski Resort right a cross the street. Canyons and Deer Valley were also just minutes away. The mountain toboggan ride and zip line were also just a cross the street and the Olympic Museum was a short drive. We had a great spring break vacation. I enjoyed laying on the couch by the fire place watching the large flat screen TV and my wife appreciated the radiant heated floors in the bath rooms. Our daughter enjoyed sleeping in late because we were so close to the skiing we could make opening run as soon as they opened and not have to get up until 8. The owner was great to deal with and answered all questions promptly. I will definitely stay in this condo when we return to Park City. I wish we could have stayed longer as they are getting new snow this week to bulk up the man made snow they blow at night. My wife and daughter said it was some of the best skiing they've ever enjoyed, especially DV., and this was one the worst seasons for snowfall. They should have enough snow to end their season on a high note."

"This is a good condo for the price.
Pro's - great location. You can easily walk to main street in park city. The extra bathroom in the common area is is very important, and easy to use/get to. Hot tub was a little green, but right on the back deck. There's a gas grill too. Owner was very responsive.
Con's - There's no windows, except for the sliders in the master bedroom. Feels a little like a cave. And there's a lot of stairs. It gets a little old carrying your stuff up and down each day."

"I brought my son for his first snowboarding experience outside of Michigan. It made for a perfect vacation! The owners were great to work with and their response time on answering questions was amazing. And the gift basket upon arrival was a very nice touch.
Initially, I was nervous about not having a vehicle, but, you're literally just a short walk to everything - no vehicle needed - It's all right there.
The Payday or Crescent chair lifts, the shops and restaurants on the plaza, heated pool and hot tub (which was used every night), and even the free transit service to Park City.
The whole concept of skiing on/off by being right there on the slope was fantastic and actually made it more relaxing. We weren't on any sort of schedule because of needing to drive to the slopes. We snowboarded as long or as little as we felt because we knew we could go right back out there whenever we wanted.
All the other reviews are spot on!
About the only additional information I can add, which has nothing to do with the room or resort, but may help other in their decisions is the taxiing to/from the airport. We used the first taxi the airport called for us; we didn't have any discussion outside of just needing a taxi. Unfortunately, the first taxi that came was a more deluxe luxury SUV. So, it was $150 to the resort. During the vacation I jotted down a phone number of a more traditional taxi service and the way back to the airport was $100. You can get it for even less, around the $85 range, but more waiting and ride sharing/shuttling may be involved.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the memories of snowboarding with my son are priceless!"
