  • This is a GEM!

"Wonderful condo - nicely decorated! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - even two coffee makers if you want to make two different types of coffee. There is a nice ski and boot storage area inside the unit. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was really nice - it was fully loaded with lots of towels and TP and amenities. In unit washer and dryer was a real treat - laundry soap was even there! Unit was extremely clean. The entrance to the condo building was just steps away (you do have to walk with your skis just a very tiny bit) from either the Payday or Crescent lift - that made it so easy! One night we ate at the Baja Cantina right downstairs - go there hungry - their portions are huge, the food is delicious, and their tap beer is good and cheap! Indoor free parking was really nice - especially given that it snowed almost 18" when we were there - and the office management let us park there until we were done skiing on checkout day - that was nice. The only thing about parking is that it's not in the same building as the condo, but it's just a tiny walk away so upon arrival just be prepared to walk a short bit with your bags. The other thing about the condo is that the jacuzzi, which would have been nice to go to after a full day of skiing, isn't really super close so we never went there. I worked with Tamie on the reservation and she was extremely responsive and provided us tons of great detail about the unit and Park City. I would consider staying here again!"

  • Second time around

"My colleagues and I returned to this condo for a second time for the Sundance Film Festival and had another amazing stay. It is a beautiful condo with all the amenities with a breathtaking view right on the lake. Seeing the cross country skiiers ski by and watching the ducks on the water were just amazing sights! Public transit is just up the street, so very convenient if you don't have a car. I would return again for a third time."

  • Newly decorated & convenient location

"The unit has easy access to the free Park City bus system, so it's a short ride to the station near Main Street and to Park City Mtn Resort. Deer Valley is also bus accessible. The furnishings appeared quite new and the unit looked to be newly decorated. First rate appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds and two attractive bathrooms with all amenities. There's a large common hot tub but we had it to ourselves. The bunk beds in the 2nd BR worked well for my two kids and the queen in the master BR was very comfortable. I inquired into a number of VRBO options and am very glad I chose this one. Highly recommended."

  • Family Reunion in Park City

"My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was convenient for our agenda. Easy walk into town, PCMR, hiking trails, shopping and dining. We found the property nicely appointed and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and clean. Fresh and new linens were provided and stocked. There was plenty of kitchen accessories for our use. I would stay at this property again and would recommend it to other friends. If you have children less than 3 or people in your group that have difficulty with climbing stairs this property is not for you as there are many level and lots of stairs that can't be avoided."
