  • Spring Break Condo

"The condo was excellent, it was very clean and had many amenities. The hot tub and pool were a huge plus and great for after a day of skiing. We are students at CU Boulder and came out here for spring break to ski Canyons. Canyons was only a 5 minute drive from the condo and Park City lifts are literally across the street. The main street of Park City was only a mile away. Tom is friendly host who met us one afternoon during our stay. 10/10 would stay again"

  • Great place to stay

"My family of 4 has stayed at this condo for 2 years!! We love it and will stay here every time we return to Park City. This unit is only 100 yards to the lifts which makes it very convenient and quick to get home if small/young children get tired. We love that we have the option of walking to one of the restaurants at the base (again only 100 yards) or taking the public transit system into town. Actually the weather was so nice we were able to walk downtown to dinner two nights. This is a great place to stay and the owners are fantastic to work with. They send me tons of information regarding lift tickets, airport transportation etc. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Park City!"

  • Dream Stay!!!

"We flew into SLC and drove to Park City (what an easy drive), and you gave us great directions to the Condo (it is really more of a complete home away from home). We were concerned because our plan was to have all 9 of us staying at the condo, and we didn't trust that it would be big enough. Well... there was room to spare. What a GREAT place. Every amenity was at our disposal, and wow! great parking underneath in the garage. That was a super plus! Each "family" had their own space, and we let the younger kids sleep together in the loft, with my parents in the "extra bedroom" down the stairs. Let me see...(1) beautiful views; (2) a hot tub on the communal deck that we used every night; (3) full easy to use functional kitchen; (4) super comfy accomadations; and (5) icing on the cake, it is only a block walk to the main drag. BTW, the park right across the street was a great place for the young kids to blow off steam, and get some exercise. The place was super clean when we arrived, exactly as advertised, and the owners were great every step of the way. You guys should be like a concierge at a hotel. All around, on a scale of 1-10, I give this a 10. I can't wait to return. I would recommend this place over all the others I have stayed at in Park City the past 10 years. I am so lucky to have found this. See you next year. Best, Steve and the Gang"

  • Mardi Gras Family Getaway from Louisiana

"Couldn't have asked for a better location in Park City, Utah then at Three Kings Condominiums. Our Unit was absolutely perfect. The owner of the unit contacted me personally several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms (3) were very well stocked with supplies we would have needed upon arrival. This condo is exactly as you see it except better. I am very particular about any condo I rent and this one was unbelievable. It not only smelled clean but was clean. For family members who prefer not to ski or snowboard, this is the place for you. We took advantage of Hot-Air ballooning, snowmobiling, Olympic touring and awesome shopping on Main street. Be sure to go to "h's" on Main Street and check out their very unique jewelry. Had to leave with a couple of pieces, bet you will to. Can't wait to go back with our family of about 30. These memories will forever be treasured."
