"The unit is cozy, extremely clean and very conveniently located (PCMR in less than 5 minutes by bus and the bus stop is very close; the Canyons are in 9 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by bus). The balcony was quite handy as we kept our skis, poles and outer shells of boots there. We stayed in it with two children; it was a bit tight but we managed just fine (brought our own pack-and-play for the toddler). The only negative thing about the unit is that it was rather difficult to arrange for drying ski clothes and inner boots."

"Two couples tayed for 5 days during Sundance Film Festival. We had a great time and the unit worked absolutely great. First of all the location is a short cab ride or Uber outside of Main street (5 mins). Its also walking distance to Ruth Chris Steakhouse and SilverStar Restaurant. Skiing couldn't be much easier. There is a direct lift onsite that gets you onto the mountain and they have a first class demo ski shop fully equipped with high end everything and you can buy your lift ticket right there. All three are literally 15 steps from each other and a 5 minute walk from the unit. This is an excellent ski facility. The unit itself is very well equipped and suited for two families with kids. There is a BBQ and private hot tub and a large fire pit just steps out the front door. The unit is vertically (3 floors) orientated versus horizontal but there is still plenty of room. I have stayed in town before and its hard to find the quality and privacy but they do eliminate the cab rides (there is a shuttle but we never seemed to use it). I have stayed at Stein Ericsonn and the quality is as nice and the skiing convenience unmatched but hugely expensive. This is a great value for the money. I would stay here again."

"The house was great and perfect for a group of 8 friends that were in Park City for a week to ski. The property was very nice, and as-advertised. Everything was in good order and well-appointed. The location was also located very well--a 5 min walk to the Park City base, under 10 minutes to the restaurants, shops and bars of Main Street, and a short drive to Deer Valley and the Canyons. Bo was very easy to work with and I look forward to booking again next year!"

"We just stayed a week with another couple and 4 other twenty-something adults. The house was plenty big enough for everyone (although there is only one master suite upstairs - the other double bedroom has to share a bath with the other bedrooms). The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice not to have to purchase basic things like spices/olive oil/sandwich bags and laundry detergent. There were tons of towels and the beds were comfy. Great to have a gas grill and hot tub. The best part is being able to walk to Silver Star, both to catch the lift and for apres ski. Great restaurant at the Silver Star Cafe. We had a car which we used a lot, but others also took the free bus downtown at night and grabbed a readily available cab back. Bo was great to deal with and I appreciated the next-day refund of the security deposit. We will be back for sure."
