"We stayed in the condo for a week and loved it. The location could not have been better. Walk to the ticket office and chair was very quick. We could leave the condo and be on the first chair in less than5 minutes. The place was spacious and so comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with pans, bowls, utensils, and spices. You can get any where easily from the bus stop that is only a few steps away and the bus passes 3x per hour. The hot tub is nearby. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to Park City!!!"

"Our family had a wonderful experience at this property. The location couldn't have been better; across the street from the Eagle lift and an extremely easy walk in snow boots in mere seconds. The layout of the unit catered well for our kids to have their own space in the loft. The unit was very clean, upscale and well-equipt for our stay. The communication with the folks at Park City Experiences allowed us to be very well informed as our stay approached. The provided smartphone application was a helpful source of local interests and rental unit details. We couldn't ask for a better experience, and would undoubtably recommend both the unit and property manager to friends and family."

"We just stayed a week with another couple and 4 other twenty-something adults. The house was plenty big enough for everyone (although there is only one master suite upstairs - the other double bedroom has to share a bath with the other bedrooms). The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice not to have to purchase basic things like spices/olive oil/sandwich bags and laundry detergent. There were tons of towels and the beds were comfy. Great to have a gas grill and hot tub. The best part is being able to walk to Silver Star, both to catch the lift and for apres ski. Great restaurant at the Silver Star Cafe. We had a car which we used a lot, but others also took the free bus downtown at night and grabbed a readily available cab back. Bo was great to deal with and I appreciated the next-day refund of the security deposit. We will be back for sure."

"Wow! What a perfect ski condo! Everything is even better than advertised. The walk to the lift is really short, shorter than some "ski-in/ski-out" condos we have stayed in. You can drive if you want to, but we found that the walk was nothing more than a little warm up in the morning and a cool down in the afternoon.
The condo is wonderfully equipped. Jane thought of everything. Not only is there plenty of everything--dishes, plastic ware, glass ware--there are spices, tea, paper goods, and TREATS! Plus there are great games and books for evening fun.
But don't forget to stop and enjoy the décor. This home is attractively and comfortably decorated. Interesting artwork, great furniture after an active day, and easy-to-operate TV and fireplace. The loft bedroom is precious. I felt like I was sleeping in a tree house!
The patio and grill were clean and ready to use. This home also affords an expansive view which we enjoyed while supper was on the grill.
Few ski condos this size have washers and dryers, but this one does! A washer and dryer are "must-haves" for me. It is so nice to be able to get our gear ready for the next day and to have warm, dry gloves in the morning.
After a long day of skiing, my husband and I really look forward to an outdoor hot tub. There is nothing like that "aahhhh" feeling of stepping into that warm water with exhausted muscles. Three Kings, hands down, has the best hot tub/pool area. There is a fabulous great room with a fireplace and kitchen, men's and women's dressing rooms, saunas, a hot tub that accommodates 20 people, and a huge heated pool. And all of this is a very short stroll (a minute or two) from the condo.
Even though we booked a late-season ski trip, the snow was great. We were thrilled to see lots of fresh powder in late March. Park City always has great snow.
Jane was the easiest homeowner I have ever had the opportunity to work with. When a family circumstance required us to alter our travel plans, she moved heaven and earth to make sure we could still have a wonderful ski trip. The information she keeps in the condo addresses every need a traveler could have; she makes this home feel more like a bed and breakfast. I hope that we are able to stay here again; it was absolutely perfect for us."
