"We just returned from our Park City adventure-a lovely week culminating in the marriage of our son and his bride! Our visit was fantastic, and staying at the condo added to the fun! The condo was exactly as described, and it was more than comfortable for the five couples who shared it. It was well appointed and well stocked to meet the needs of all. We enjoyed the proximity to town and the Park City Resort, where the wedding took place high on the mountain. Everything that we could have wanted was well within walking distance. We are very grateful to the Normans for sharing their home with us, and we are already planning a one year anniversary get-together in Park City for next summer. We hope that the condo will again be available for us!"Guest: Gail M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 14, 2014View listing
"There were 3 adults & 3 kids (2 teenage girls & an 11 year old boy) in our party. The 4 bedrooms worked well although you have to enter the 4th through the 2nd master suite. When we arrived we noticed the beautiful setting. It's about a 300 ft walk on the private road, to the slopes so ski-in. However, ski-out was slightly challenging. Because of the halfpipe & racing, you cannot ski over to the same spot as ski-in. You have to ski down to the 3 Kings lift then take your skis off and walk uphill about 200ft before walking the 300 ft on the road. Or you have to take a black bump run, Ligety Split, to the entrance to the Cresent Ridge Condo complex and walk about a 1/4 mile on the road to the condo. There are 3 flights of steps as others commented and yes, that means hauling all the groceries & luggage up. But, the privacy, vaulted ceilings, multiple bedrooms, the views were worth it. The kitchen was well equipped and there were multiple condiments & spices as well as all the utensils & pots & pans. We did replenish the papertowels & dish soap during our stay as well as add to the dry goods! The condo was clean and ready. The temperature was 65F and quickly warmed up when we turned the thermostat to 68. There were plenty of linens & pillows. The soap/shampoo/lotion sets in every bathroom were a nice touch. The gas grill was very appreciated. We loved this very comfortable condo and definitely plan to return. This is our 4th Spring Break in PC and this was definitely the nicest place we have stayed."Guest: L Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 31, 2014View listing
"I would stay here again. The owner was personable and the condo is spacious with many amenities (e.g. dishwasher, hot tub, washer/dryer, fireplace). While the unit is slightly dated, the location to the ski lift is amazing and THE selling point. A 2-minute walk to the lift is practically a ski in/out location. My five friends and I enjoyed this unit and the detail / flexibility the owner provided us in booking."Guest: Joe R. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 21, 2014View listing
"This house couldn't be in a better location. It has every amenity including 100 or so movies on the DVR, game systems, WiFi, hot tub, steam showers. It is just 3 blocks from Main St, so we walked to town for dining and shopping. Full kitchen for cooks, and super BBQ grill--we used both. The bedrooms are suites with their own bathrooms. One is a bunk-type room for a crowd, the others have king beds. There are pleasant hikes just up the hill from this house. In winter, it's close enough to the town lift to ski-in and and ski-out. This house is a gem!"Guest: Ed Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 3, 2014View listing
