"Couldn't have asked for a better location in Park City, Utah then at Three Kings Condominiums. Our Unit was absolutely perfect. The owner of the unit contacted me personally several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms (3) were very well stocked with supplies we would have needed upon arrival. This condo is exactly as you see it except better. I am very particular about any condo I rent and this one was unbelievable. It not only smelled clean but was clean. For family members who prefer not to ski or snowboard, this is the place for you. We took advantage of Hot-Air ballooning, snowmobiling, Olympic touring and awesome shopping on Main street. Be sure to go to "h's" on Main Street and check out their very unique jewelry. Had to leave with a couple of pieces, bet you will to. Can't wait to go back with our family of about 30. These memories will forever be treasured."Guest: Kay H. "Wonderful condo - nicely decorated! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - even two coffee makers if you want to make two different types of coffee. There is a nice ski and boot storage area inside the unit. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was really nice - it was fully loaded with lots of towels and TP and amenities. In unit washer and dryer was a real treat - laundry soap was even there! Unit was extremely clean. The entrance to the condo building was just steps away (you do have to walk with your skis just a very tiny bit) from either the Payday or Crescent lift - that made it so easy! One night we ate at the Baja Cantina right downstairs - go there hungry - their portions are huge, the food is delicious, and their tap beer is good and cheap! Indoor free parking was really nice - especially given that it snowed almost 18" when we were there - and the office management let us park there until we were done skiing on checkout day - that was nice. The only thing about parking is that it's not in the same building as the condo, but it's just a tiny walk away so upon arrival just be prepared to walk a short bit with your bags. The other thing about the condo is that the jacuzzi, which would have been nice to go to after a full day of skiing, isn't really super close so we never went there. I worked with Tamie on the reservation and she was extremely responsive and provided us tons of great detail about the unit and Park City. I would consider staying here again!"Guest: Lisa B. "I try to stay here whenever it's not Booked. Moved from Park City to San Diego. And I miss Park City so much. You have everything you need for your vacation! Slopes, and shopping are just a short walk away. Your not in the middle of the night life, so you can sleep peacefully:0) I highly recommend for those on a budget, who still want to enjoy all life has to often. Can't wait to get back again!"Guest: DRMprincess Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 8, 2014View listing
"Upon arrival we found the condo in excellent condition. Everything was very tidy. It is evident the owners have taken time to make many updates to the property. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location was very central to everything in Park City. Main St. just up the road. We enjoyed the 4th of July Parade. We enjoyed fireworks at the Canyons just a short drive down the street on the 3rd and then again fireworks right out the back door on the 4th (Park City Mountain). We viewed them right from the golf course out back. Park City Mountain is a short 5 minute walk. Plenty of in condo entertainment options - Satellite and Netflix were provided. The kids enjoyed the board and card games as well. The private hot tub was great. We did the association swimming pool one evening and also enjoyed that. Washer and Dryer in the unit was also a very nice convenience. From start to finish this was a five star experience. We have done rentals through VRBO for almost 20 years and it was clear that the owners know how to run a vacation rental the right way. Holly was great with communicating and was very accommodating. Thanks Holly!"Guest: wisconsin5 Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 9, 2014View listing
