  • Perfect spot for our ski vacation; we would stay here again!

"Three men in our 50s met up in Park City and stayed in this Snowflower Condominium. Everyone agreed that we should stay here again next year. The price was lower than other slope side properties that we looked at and the location was perfect for our ski vacation. We had a car (convenient garage parking in the basement) but you could get by without one if you don't mind walking a little to save on your vacation costs. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Fresh Market or Village Market for groceries, and about 5 minutes to a free shuttle stop, which we took when we went into Park City for ski rentals, shopping, and restaurants. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The Eagle Chair and First Time Chair are located right outside the back door of the building, as is the hot tub and heated pool. This made things really simple. There was a ski locker for us on the ground floor, and a lock was provided by the owners. The location made it convenient to ski in and have lunch each day. We couldn't have asked for a better ski in/out location. The condo was nicely furnished and the convertible bed in an alcove of the living room was very comfortable according to my friend who slept there. I won the coin toss and got the Master Bedroom and the King bed was also very comfortable. There were TVs in every room, wifi, and a dvd player in the living room. The bath towels were very nice and fluffy, and beach towels were provided for the pool and hot tub. First place I've been where the pool was just as warm as the hot tub; this was nice. There are 2 gas log fireplaces which heat really well and dry out your stuff in no time. The back porch provides a nice sunny spot to enjoy lunch while watching the people around the chair lifts. We used the gas grill on the back porch twice and it performed well. It takes about 30 seconds to walk to the laundry room which is on the same floor. The Eagle Chair provides quick access to the King Con area. The First Time Chair is a good for beginners, and will also take you over to where you can ski to the other lifts. I will offer up this tip: If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring some ear plugs as the snow cats work at night and their beeping noises could be annoying to some people. But that's just the way it is when you stay slope side anywhere. The owners were responsive, courteous, and very helpful with information. I would recommend this unit to a friend."

  • Trip from UK to Park City

"Hi we arrived tired and a little stressed due to missing connection in Atlanta but soon were settled and cosy in this lovely condo. Lovely new log fireplace and decor made it feel luxurious. The attention to a couple of small things was quick and sorted completely. The condo was stocked with a good selection of essentials e.g. Herbs, coffee, sauces etc. would recommend the grocery delivery service the owner offers as was great to arrive and not have to go straight out for milk. The condo was a great location with a short walk to the park city slopes and to the free bus service - perfect!"

  • Perfect Location-Walk to everything-No car needed.

"Eight adults stayed here and never got in each other's way! The house has 4 good sized bedrooms - all queen or king size beds. Everything was spotless and there were even plenty of paper goods and spices so we didn't need to purchase those. We cooked in every evening and the kitchen was well equipped. Our only recommendation was that the dining table only had 6 chairs tho the house sleeps ten. After long days of skiing, the hot tub was definitely a plus. We would absolutely stay here again!!"

  • Fantastic Family-Sized House Close to PCMR

"We spent 10 days at this house on a family ski holiday and enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering rebooking for next year. The house is extremely comfortable, well-equipped and cosy and an easy walk to the bottom of the Payday lift (our young kids did it every day in their ski gear without complaining). The photos of the house are accurate. There were only five of us but we also had enough room to host a party with 10 adults and 12 kids without feeling too cramped. Everything worked and there were plenty of the things we needed already in stock. One of the comments made by a prior guest was the absence of salt/pepper and so on - this has clearly now been rectified. Dealing with Elizabeth was an absolute joy - she is extremely responsive, professional and helpful and went above and beyond to assist us: we travelled from overseas and needed a crib for our toddler and to take delivery of items sent ahead of our arrival etc. The only two minor complaints (if you can call them that!) were: (a) the kitchen has so much equipment in the cupboards that there is actually very little space to store food outside the fridge freezer (so the counter tops can get a bit untidy if you plan to cook at home); and (b) there is not much space between the lower bunk and the upper bunk and it is easy to bump your head (if you have the choice, pull out the trundle bed instead)."
