  • Great Condo, Great Location

"My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week to ski at Deer Valley. The place was a good size, clean, and nicely maintained. And the covered parking was really nice. We had most of our breakfasts and dinners in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great...close to town and within walking distance to starbucks, fresh market, and other stores. Also my husband tends to ski longer than I do and it was very easy to catch the bus back to the condo when I wanted to leave early. Jeff was very responsive, always quick to answer question and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again."

  • Understated refinement on the slopes of Park City

"This property is situated on a dead-end street from which you can walk off onto trails (or off trails) into the mountains or traverse the side of the slope to High West distillery. While I've not rented the house during prime ski seasons, off season rental mostly, the house is in my mind ideally situated in Park City; easy access via car or by walking to Main Street via stairs or roads, a wonderful private backyard with aspen trees and a hot tub, nice floor plan for a steep hill property, and very comfortable living and social areas. Property aside, the owner and site manager are easy to work with which is very important; whatever you do do not go to the cheapest nor do you need the most expensive -- look at the reviews and pay attention to what is said and not said b/c when you need help, assistance, things go wrong with your travels, etc. you want to know you can work it out without contention and professionally -- this team delivers on this. In the end, I highly recommend this house."

  • 2nd time around and looking forward to more!!

"When you return to a rental property for the second year in a row and are looking forward to making it a third, well, that just speaks for itself. Our group of six (4 adults, 2 kids) just finished what might be an annual event for as long as we're able to ski and might grow to more than once a year. Park City just has so much to offer and this property is ideal with it's perfect location, quality accommodation and reasonable price. Pat, the rental agent and the owners are quick to respond to any issue that may arise (we had a hot water tank go bad and it was replaced within hours), as well as great advice on local attractions. I aggressively shopped around online and we saved money on lift tickets and a rental car through Pat and her corporate discounts. The Box Elder with a two car driveway, has four bedrooms, two with a master bath (one needs a bathroom door). The furniture, appliances and kitchen are up to date, comfortable and includes all the little stuff, like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, dish & laundry soap, coffee, sugar, and all the spices you'll need for cooking. You can walk to the Park City Resort to ski, up some stairs, drive and park (or ride the free shuttle to Canyons and Deer Valley as well). The view out of the front windows is directly onto the slopes at Park City. (In 2016, you'll be able to take a Gondola from Park City to Canyons) The idea of walking across the street to the largest ski resort in the USA has me wanting to book a stay for next year already.) We drove to Snow Bird. And after a day of carving up the slopes, there's nothing better than the courtyard with two hot tubs. I'm a foodie and beer snob, so a trip must include a variety of experiences. We ate at the River Horse Saloon (recommend the Venison, Elk and Bison entree) last year and at Silver (recommend the Wagyu Beef Steak or Pasta Mushroom entrees.) this year. Both are superb high end eating experiences. Last year we also tried the Wasatch Brew Pub (Elk medallions) and this year the No Name Saloon (a preference for locals (Bison Burger)), as well as the Pizza Noodle (good pizza, watch the bill, they add 12% gratuity). We also ate at the Flying Sumo (Great sushi and service - my personal favorite dining experience). On the way in we were famished and ate at the Loco Lizard by the liquor store in the Smith's grocery shopping center. I do NOT recommend it. Nearby is Five Guy's Burgers, always good for kids and "Zupa" a better soup and salad choice."

  • Great ski trip!

"Hi Sarah, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We loved the location and created some wonderful memories with the kids and all our friends who come here from San Diego every year. We left the condo pretty clean and put all the dishes. I will leave the 2 owner keys and parking pass on the counter. We usually plan our x-mas trip around June and would like to rent your condo for pretty much the same time next year if it is available. We know the kids school schedule around June and that is why we start the planning at that time. Again, thank you....Have a healthy and happy 2010!! Scott, Melissa, Casey & Makena Scott"
